If you are looking for action in Cairo the best place I have found is The Far East bar in New Maadi - it's on El Naser Street, bright red front. There are always loads of girls there on a Thursday and Friday night, mostly African and some decent lookers.

I fancy some local though so am looking into renting an apartment in Dokki as suggested in a few posts. Does anyone have any experience of this? Should I ask the bowab for a maid - any suggestions?

With no responses to my request on this board for information on intimate services in Sharm el Sheik, I had reconciled myself to a frustrating fortnight. This proved to be well founded as there were a quite few topless ladies in thongs by the hotel pool and beach (despite the illegality of this) while several more revealed briefly their breasts eg in one case a breast popped out of the bikini when a lady in her 20s was rubbing suntan oil on her boyfriend but she didn't put it back until she'd finished which was about 10 minutes later. The masseuse turned out to be the least attractive of the Thai masseuses employed at the hotel but was still presentable - I would say that she was a 7 while the others were 8s. She took me into the massage room in the spa which turned out to have a double futon on the floor. I was instructed to undress and then she left the room and when she returned I was completely naked lying on my front. She asked me to turn around, and when I did she threw a towell over me to cover my lower torso and starting working on my right leg. I closed my eyes and focussed on the piped music as she worked.

This way my first Thai massage and it was very different to the ones which I'm used to - lots of deep rubbing with her elbows and pulling of the joints. Before long, the towell had ridden upwards exposing my naked genitals but the masseuse didn't seem perturbed and carried on moving up the leg. When she reached the top of my thigh, she faintly touched my scrotum which started to arouse me. She then moved back down the leg and I thought nothing more of it.

There is a moral to this story and that is to give things a try as you will never know how they will turn out. It goes to show that even in somewhere as repressed as Egypt one can find an opportunity to indulge in our hobby albeit to a limited extent.

I did spot a hotel in Naama Bay at the lower end of the market offering full body massages for 150 Egyptian pounds and this looked promising but I never got there. If anyone knows anything about this, can they post please.

Even though I have not been to Cairo I can only assume that you will have more luck in places like Sharem which even in winter is crawling with EE ladies.

I did not have the time to try my luck as I was on a very very short trip and could not escape, but I saw many lovely ladies in my hotel.
