From my understanding, there are a handful of countries (Argentina, Lebanon, Nigeria, etc) where USD are openly traded on the black market thus making a cheap holiday a lot cheaper. My question is: how does the average person go about exchanging their USD on the black market? At last glance, the official rate was 1 usd: 53.9 birr. At the same time, The black market is fetching 95 for 1 usd. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I read the last 10 pages and it seems Atlas massage parlors are 300 to 400 birr and 1000 to the girl. Seems I was overpaying.
