Will be making my first trip to AA in August.

AceMachine. You have made my trip a lot easier with your excellent report on AA. Awesome stuff.

Can I ask which of the top hotels. Hilton, Sheraton, Intercon etc. Would be the best for a) picking girls up in the first place. And be) getting them into the rooms?

All three hotels you mention are GF, but maybe sometimes an I'd required. Not in my personal experience. You will be charged if they stay and have breakfast (not extra for room ).

Sheraton usually has a few hanging around the lobby and bar. Hotel has an in house Disco. Best Thurs. Sun. Swimming pool more family orientated at weekends.

Hilton, has the gazebo bar by the swimming pool and on occasion some freelancers in afternoon. Great pool. The bar in lobby always has a few hanging around. There is a late night bar near reception where the girls hang out for business and outside, within grounds is a coffee shop, with some available.

Intercontinental, early evenings in lobby bar or wine bar on mezzanine level. Night club, Club Voltage. Roof top swimming pool. Have had a few contacts there.

I think Hilton and Inter are better bets and the Inter has the best room rates and in general VFM for meals and drinks. Inter also located a 5. 10 min walk to Hilton with a few cafes and and hotels en-route (Radison Blu ). Opposite Inter an outside bar and as you are on the edge of Kazanchis, you can walk to several small bars, cafes etc within 5 mins. All hunting grounds and of course the ladies taking a stroll in the early evening.

Remember, staying at these places gives the impression of funds, so you may have some surprising rates at first. There is also a bigger influx of visitors from the Gulf these days and that distorts the market. They will tend to stay at all three, but mainly Sheraton.

Although a home base, my business elsewhere in East Africa. However am in Addis on a frequent basis. Keep in touch if you wish.

I've been in addis several times and last time I went to Intercontinental Addis. It's a good hotel and if you book double room you can bring in as many girls as you want. If you book single room they may charge you a little but no pb to bring someone in.

The spa is good also and it seems that with some masseuses (not all) you can have some extra (not sure because I didn't ask for, but one girls touch my balls several times so.)

But concerning addis girls, I met some girls but never met stunning ones like claudio or others guy here in the forum? Am I not lucky or searching in wrong places?

I will come back soon in addis and need some good advices. Pm me if you have informations or phone numbers of nice slim girls in Addis.

Ethiopian people are generally reserved. It is embedded in their culture and they can be reticent in being too outgoing until they know a person better. Also for ladies, the issue of language can at times be a barrier, but over the last ten years or so, more are speaking English, even if a little broken. The girls can be fun and when they like you, or are comfortable with you are great fun. They are not so bubbly as girls in other parts of Africa. Sometimes best to go out with the girl and one of her girlfriends in the first instance; more happy in company and more relaxed. Up to you to get her at ease, laugh and smile. Quite a few still a lousy lay though, again until they like you etc. Once cracked you will enjoy.

Is the Ghion swimming pool only accessible to guests of the hotel?

In the Bole region will one be hassled like in piassa?

Scheduling a two weeks stay this June.

Ghion accessible by anyone, (maybe a small payment). I've got to say I thought the pool was old and not well maintained and the food (esp the icecream!) was second rate. This was several months ago mind you.

I can't see it changing too much as the owners (ethiopian govt) are trying to sell off\redevelop the site.

Bole: you'll be hassled less, but still a bit.

Remember the "tej" scam (tej is a indigenous spirit type drink from fermented honey). It goes like this, you're walking along bole or anywhere really and you're befriended by some likely character (male, under 40) , he'll ask all the usual questions (how long in addis, where you from, what hotel are you staying at etc) then he'll say there are some celebrations because a) its haille selassie's birthday or be) its national ethiopian dancing celebrations or similar "special" day. And would you like to and visit some girls in a house?

If you agree you'll be taken to a compound, where there will indeed be several girls who'll do the singing and dancing and all very well, and you know why don't you try some of the drink? At this point they'll suggest you have a drink with them. If you don't immediately say NO in a big demonstrative way you'll buy a round of tej for everyone in the dance troupe.

This will be outragously expensive, like stoopid money. It'll get nasty quick if you object and you're stuck inside some shack being menaced for cash.

On the bright side the girls will most definitely be available. When I fell for this first time I realised the scam and shouted no and indicated no to the gopher who was about to unbottle the tej. Fortunately I managed to stop him opening the bottles, thus saved me many birr.

To be honest I said lets cut to the chase, forget the irritating dancing and how much for one of the girls. Turned out to be 300 birr but this was a few years ago.

A few months ago I was befriended again whilst wandering around addis and the same stuff was said, so the scam's alive and well.

Be firm, insist on no drink and just take one of the girls if you wish.

I have lived in Addis and worked there also over the last 15 years. My situation is a little bit more difficult as have an Ethiopian wife and family there. Once these girls are into you, be careful as very protective and also have an extensive network pf friends and family who, with the probability of sods law, find you somewhere you are not meant to be. But enjoying the fairer sex as much as I do, there is need to satsfy my desire in other places than just the dearly beloved's, as much a cracker as she is.

Much has been posted as to venues and locations for sex and I will not repeat here, but just give pointers to some less known, new or lost in the mists of time and need to rejuvenated.

I find in general Ethiopian girls, especially the good lookers, consider themselves a cut above the rest of Africa and can have an attitude that goes with it. They too, can be useless lays, but once you have hit the button are true sex bombs. Those that frequent the better known clubs and venues are either old hands and have a hard attitude, or being young and pretty are spoilt by the many, many diplomats and expatriates in the community who also enjoy the finer things in life. That being said, there are a whole heap of good looking girls, usually in need of some extra cash or that do not have a regular job. A couple of months ago, I went to Ethiopian Airlines head office near the airport for a ticketing matter. That day they were recruiting female staff (crew and ground) and there must have been over two hundred absolute dolls in the line, hoping for a position. It turned my head and more. I had never seen such a collection of beauties in one place. They are definitely out there. Now where to find.

The old Bole Road (now called Africa Avenue) has been under extensive upgrade for last two years and many business's suffered. It is slowly getting back to normal and the old favourite pastime of the girls strolling hand in hand having a chat on on the look are back in swing. A gentle stroll and you either initiate or they do. Simple as that. Near Olympia junction, New York Cafe still has a small outdoor area and a great place for a coffee and view what is on the prowl. Opposite at Getu City Center is Cloud Nine on the 5th Floor. Used to have an outside terrace, but now enclosed. Not sure how will impact, but many girls came here and quite a few browsing the net on social media sites and checking the male talent (ferernge ). A good view of the happenings below. The city centre mall has a lot of girls also window shopping and many chances to strike up a conservation, even if only small English. Around the corner, the whole of meskel flower road is developing into bars and coffee houses, but too close for me.

Still on Bole Road and behind Mega Building is a cheap run down bar called Addis Bar & Restaurant. This is where the girls and their pimps hang out before the girls go on patrol. Not all have minders. Some very cute babes here and checking the goods before a later purchase has its advantages. A similar jping biut with later patronage is next door to Dembu Hotel, again just off Bole Road. Further down at the wollo seffer junction (Ethio Chinese Avenue as now called) and just 100 metres in is a Lebanese restaurant; food not that special and overpriced. However a load of pro's and semi pro's late afternoon on, but looking for a middle eastern tariff.

I have seen the Beer Garden listed here; behind Edna mall on Bole Medhalen. The food is good as is the beer, including German home brew. More importantly, on late Friday / Saturday afternoons, early evenings, it is swarming with women and easy picking. They can be in couples or groups, but hey it is like shooting fish in a puddle. A cafe called Bo Cafe used to be on Bole Road, bit is now just around the corner from Edna Mall (150 metres on left from the mall heading back to Atlas. Still has good looking clientell popping in for a coffee or light snack. Remember, the culture of these girls is to go for evening strolls and have cofffee, tea nad cake together to gossip, to eye the talent and waiting to be pulled. No Secrets there.

If you have the legs or transport, Haya Hoolet road opposite the mall has much more options and potential at the far end, near what used to be called Asmara Road or in the middle. Oads of little discreet bars off the main road. Off Asmara Road are some good clean pensions with clean bedding, hot showers, soap, towels, TV and some with sitting room. 110 Birr. Cold beer and soft drinks available. Don't know howlong you get for 110 Birr as have not stayed longer than a couple of hours.

The Gazebo bar, at the swimmng pool and the Hilton may seem an odd choice, but Friday afternoons andsometimes of a Saturday, many successful pulls with some young chancers on the prowl and No, not at Hilton prices (150 Birr ). New on the scene is the Intercontinental. It is good value for money being a 5 start hotel (food & drinks) and the swimming pool on the roof is a damn site cheaper than Hilton charges now. They have the lobby, wine bar and night club as well as the pool. Take your pick. Again late afternoon, earl evening best. Opposite the Inter is a German bakery bar with an outside terrace (traffic light junction for Kazenches) and there are usually a few girls checking the action there every time I pass.

My long time haunt and with fond memories is the Ghion Hotel swimming bar. The pool is usually very clean and affordable. Grounds are very pleasant, BUT there are always girls here, late morning on. Usually swimming and then having a drink after. Go for a swim and dive in. At dusk a few semi pros come and sit in the quieter, darker corners of the garden. Your move.

I have yet to go to a massage parlour and waiting for the opportunity. Besides the above, I have reasonable success on Afro and tagged, with some favourable outcomes. AFF does yield some but they are the high class girls that, I do not custom due to the price tag.

Ethiopian is starting to fly to Sao Paulo / Rio de Janeiro, in July and Manilla later in the summer. I am looking forward to spreading my wings a bit further afield in South America and the Philipines etc.

I will ask some of my regulars how they feel about a wider customer base and will get back if positive. Still got one looking for a similar looker for threesome; what she has provided so far was disappointing.
