I visited Rosa's massage yesterday with one friend. Pityingly, it's really a small place. We just checked the information, there are five girls working there, we only saw two of them at that time and they can only get 4 points. They ask 100 birr per hour, but they also ask 200 birr for extra service. We finally abandoned.

Compared with that, I highly recommoned "happy up", more girls, more options. 120 birr for a massage, and you can tip the girl for happy ending.

Don't take this as a final word, it is just my best guess. Based on what I read on eastern africa in general and Ethiopia in particular, I would say about 70-80% are cut.

Just to give a source to Urgent Need's best guess (which was a one hell of a guess!!), these figures are from UNICEF:

Women (15–49 years), total = 74%

Womena (15–49 years), urban = 69%

Womena (15–49 years), rural = 76%

Yes, thats the start, go all the way down to the Dreamliner Hotel, and theres a sign for the massage place, go past the sports ground and there's a sign by the compound. OK facilities, shower etc.

Choice of 2 or 3 girls, rreally good massage followed by whatever you like.

Loads of places everywhere if you've time to explore.

It is good to see another monger here in Addis. I have been here for two years with family so am limited in what I can do. Did someone test the Yoly Hotel and also the Disco Platinum in the basement?

Yoly is GF and the rooms are great for entertaining guests. Platinum is a beautiful disco but the guy/girl ratio is lousy. The small bars that line the street next to Yoly have a better atmosphere, play better music and have better women.
