Firstly just to confirm. There are no words bad enough to describe ETC's comedy internet and phone services. Broadband is often down. EVDO is intermittant. There's talk of a new 4 G service being launched, but the chances are there will be no connectivity, just the same as the existing services.

I did use VPN's to access ISG, but it was s-l-o-w. Mostly the connection just drops.
