TAAG announced restart of international flights from 23rd of September from Luanda to Lisbon and Sao Paulo. According to the presidential decree dated from September 8th. Most other info says still closed for tourism. Only business travel Residents Citizens.

This is true. In Africa, I have only been to Angola, Kenya, Congo, Chad, Cameroon, Nigeria, Cote Ivoire, South Africa, and Egypt. So I only know a few places. Of the countries I did visit, Angola was my favorite for mongering. I will have to try Uganda sometime. That being said, I cannot imagine Uganda having girls that are as hot as the girls in Angola because Angola has the Portuguese mix mulata chicks who are hot as hell.

With girls in Africa, you quickly see it's more about the tribe rather than the city or country.
