I have read with much interest all the action to be had in the Bamburi beach area. Also, in June there are fare less visitors around which means more girls per visitors?

Hi guys, I'd like to ask those of you who monger in high HIV zones like Africa how do you feel about it?

In countries with 15-25% HIV prevalence among general population, it would be fair to assume the infection rates among the hookers or even semi-pros are 50%+? I would feel very uneasy even with condom, sometimes they break (mine do fairly often) , or getting an uncovered BJ, she could have bleeding gums from brushing too hard or microsores that ooze small amounts of blood.

I always wanted to try an african woman but the HIV issue has stopped me from trying so far. Would love to hear how you deal with it and if its worth the risk from your point of view.

It's certainly a big concern and I think without this issue Africa would be a huge sex destination. My take would be that BBBJ is a low risk activity. There are few documented cases of getting HIV through a blow job alone. In my view BBFS and especially anal is much too high a risk in Africa. I think if you use condoms (ideally good ones brought from the west) the risks are sufficiently reduced (at least for vaginal sex) to be acceptable especially if you are looking to have a relatively small number of partners.

As for mongering destination. There are advantages and disadvantages. There is alot of availability both pro and non pro with benefits. The prices are reasonable (unless they think you have just got off the plane and are a sucker). There is generally a high degree of enthusiasm especially amongst the non pros but not so much subtlty, skill etc. Hotels are generally either of a very poor standard or overpriced for the third world. The average girls in Kenya are not that attractive IMHO but the availability is such that it should be possible to find some to suit most tastes. Kenya and East Africa are great countries to visit for other things eg Game Parks and beaches.
