I only mention this because it's unusual for your arrival airport to be Mombasa. The majority of flights to Kenya land at JKI where you retrieve your luggage and move from International Arrivals where you get the visa. You then you go across to the terminal building where you fly to Mombasa. You ask them in Nairobi for an East African visa which allows you to travel between Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania and it costs $100 for that visa which they issue to you which is valid for three months.

Ethiopia Airlines is flying everywhere, including Mombasa. From where I am flying from, it is cheaper and faster make connecting flight in Addis Abeba Ethiopia, and continue with Ethiopia airlines again to Mombasa.

Often I have done flight to Nairobi, spend a night there, go clubs, and then continue to Mombasa. But those traffic jams between airport and Nairobi, in both directions, are very boring.

Actually I am going to visit Nigeria for week (let's see if that is a good idea) and then come back. So this East African visa don't help for that I guess. I am not arriving from any EA country when I am arriving second time.

That seems a bit cheap to me. I don't think her request was that unreasonable. Internet is expensive in Kenya, especially if you're using phone bundles! And you were the one getting the naked wake-up calls!

You tell them that you are going to Uganda by bus from Kenya. It does not matter if you actually are going there or not.

You could buy East African Tourist Visa which is multiple entry valid for 3 Month and good for Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda and cost 100 USD.

In Nairobi airport ask for east Africa visa valid for Uganda / Rwanda / Kenya / Tanzania cost 100 usd.

You can go out of Kenya to all above countries and come back and move free within 3 months without additional cost.

If you go out of east African visa alliance then when you back you pay as before as its your first time. Don't forget your yellow card.

Because I'm looking for a place to live a countries non mongering activities are important to me too.

In Nai They have some good malls, They even have a Dave & Busters style set up (that caters more to kids) in TRM mall. I even went to the US Embassy's reading room and their magazine rack was about a month old it did have the major US news magazines and papers that I'd want to keep up with should I move. They also had University students and people giving talks I didn't see anybody that attractive but I'm sure it's a good place to pick up girls discreetly.

You could totally bar hop in the westlands and pick up locals and maybe even Mzungus.

I was told by one tinder date that there was a go kart track somewhere near Nairobi west but I didn't check up on it.

I did go to the "7 D" movie theatre at the Thika Road mall. It was 3 D with lights and moving chairs that enhanced the feeling of a rollercoster. It was a one off thing for me but actually it was a pretty cool experience.

I just did scroll through messages and saw this one here: a typical looser from I. Asking all over the forums 10000 of questions but never delivers any valuable information. It was written in March. But till now nothing reported back. Those guys shall pay up to their nose for any info if they are then too lazy to pay back with input.

often sincs so you can usually see them under 'people you may know' in friends. This way you can usually check to see if the photos they are sending are really of them and what kind of lives they are living.

Keep those principles that you have. Don't send money or agree to meet anyone that you haven't seen on cam. Don't take their pics as up to date, most have been taken before they joined Afro or whatever site they use. I have been taken by some but you get wise to their tricks. If they don't want to use their cam to show themselves, tell them bye bye. You don't go and buy a pair of jeans or a jacket without trying it on, women are exactly the same. Beware of getting involved in threesomes with those you've never met even though the one you're fucking says she's a good friend of hers, that could be a set up for you to become a big time loser. I get a lot of nudes and offers. Some 18 year old girl that wants to stay in my hotel with me and only have sex all the time. Sounds like a dream, but is it real or am I setting myself up to be drugged and robbed? Have any of you guys had experiences and could give me some tips how to minimise risk? Any info appreciated. I'll leave reports here when I'm back and will also post the pictures I get. Once I've actually met the girls.
