What could be your advice in term of price for one night with one, or maybe with both?

By doing some rtff on recent posts I can see 15k to 20k, I think I could go with that ? For each ?

Read blog below for Hutu/Tutsi divide. Racially there is NO difference. They are ONE tribe and all speak Kinyarwanda. The belgian white fathers started that BS and the belgian government in printing it on ID cards. The Tutsi were the nobility and landowner class and owned the cattle whereas the hutu were the serfs. If a Tutsi or Watutsi lost his property he became hutu. So that divide was totally arbitrary BS which was used by politicians ever since.
After watching this BBC documentary it seems the conflict is far from over. https://vimeo.com/107867605.

The problem is that the Hutus are 90% of the population and only ca. 10% are Tutsi.

There is a perception underneath that this arrangement is not sustainable on the long run that the Tutsi are ruling. It would be the same it there would be a country named Great Britain and a Scotch regime would govern the entire country and it is forbidden to mention that there is an ethnic division between the Scotch and the English.

By the way many Tutsi ladies are real stunners but you do not see them on the streets and popular places as they frequent the universities dand upper class places. I took a splurge in Hotel 1000 collines and there were some as guests, also from the staff. Also the staff at the 3 star hotel near Remera minibus station.

The neighbourhood of Nyamirambo is more African and partially muslim. Not so desolate. But again, no stunners on the streets.

In my opinion it's not a city that deserves the name city, a city has his positive s AND negative sides, this one tries to be perfect in every way, and that's just sad.
Well there is more run down and african parts of the city. Try Nyiamirambo. And go outside Kigali. The villages are deepest Africa. So don't worry. Its the view the government wants to impress on the world. But Kigali is probably the most european capital in central Africa. And mate. Don't forget why you are here. For pussy. And rwandan squirters are top notch. Try to find Burundian chicas even hotter. You need some french.
If you want run down africa and party head to Uganda.

    Girls in Kigali

Just no party town, like I said city without soul, the only way to do it, speak every woman or girl and ask for her number, it's directly and you know when there are possibilities, girls don't take initiatives, eye fucking is very rare, so go directly to it and you know what to expect.

    Good massage and FH

So long time with no good tips for girls from the thousand hills Rwanda.

The country has been made further landlocked by the Rwanda Inc CEO (here the current president) who decided to stop his country people to move to Uganda since March 2019.

Accordingly to some chicks I had opportunity to chat with, the powerful man has a paranoia of being hit by any of his critics and the best counter measure was to block any Rwandan from moving outside. Of course, there are other issues that I do not need to raise here. Too much politics involved.

In this context, chicks that used to inundate Kampala and make ends meet are trying to settle in Kigali.

I met one slim lady in a newly opened SPA in Kimihurura area, I think on the street KG 680st. I was looking for a new massage parlour where at least a he or possibly FH if on offer.

    So I gave a try.

The name is Anne and she is aged late 20's. In fact she said she is 28 but I do not trust and do not need to trust them.

My first visit was two weeks ago around 4 pm and people were moving around in the area near the local shop. I knocked the door and got a nice welcome with a smile from Anne as if I am her loyal client.

After inquiring about massage menu, I was directed to a small bath for a brief shower and back in the massage room. There was a kind of loud music apparently from a local FM radio and the lady looked desperate as she was napping the whole afternoon. So she was excited to have a such God-sent client.

The massage was overall good with smooth and sensual touching from feet to the back and so forth.

Before session started, I inquired about he, she nodded as a yes answer. I repeated to make sure she was willing to do so. She said yes.

In the end, Anne massaged the big John with much veneration and I was allowed to start kissing her nice sensual hips, down there to the snatch. I felt the big lips but I could see she was enjoying.

The downside was that she was using a little oil which took time to come.

But finally I released and felt relaxed. I was attempted to fuck her but she said there was not a condom, and we agreed that I bring it for FH.

I quote"You are my best ever friend in Rwanda because the President has separated from my family in Uganda and I have no boyfriend here. So please come back at your earliest to give a good experience from this open prison". I was of course pleased to hear this but did not want to know more about the politics in this Banana Republic or police state as some critics use to qualify it under the Kagame.

So I returned 48 hours after with a condom.

We went into the session as during the first visit. It was a bit late around 1800-1900 and in concluding the session, I banged her forcefully and she thanked me a lot and praised the Almighty to protect and guide in all my endeavour.

Damage: 15 K for massage and 10 K for extra service.

Lesson learned: be humble and simulate a long term friendship to get laid with closed minded girls in a traditionally conservative society like in Rwanda.

I did stay 6 weeks in Kigali last year. Had a lot of fun. Picked up many girls from Tinder and only required for a one date and then action started. Some girls asked money directly on tinder and they wanted 20 000 to come to my place. Got few nice girls this way. One was super hot particular and wanted also anal and loved to get her ass licked. She also licked my ass which was amazing. Paid her extra 5000 and a moto ride back home. I can also recommend the local saunas. For 10000 extra they give you a HJ.
