Not changing mind as such. I was transiting Kigali with Rwandair and flights were cancelled day after day. The carrier had to take in charge of all expenses (hotel, meals, covid testing, local transport) except the full meal deals.

Thailand, 15 nights quarantine with tests on day 6 and 13.
