Right now in Kigali there is a curfew from 9 pm to 5 am.

If you get caught you go to Stadium spend the night there and you have to pay 20 k before getting released then your name is published.

If you get caught with some alcohol in your blood you go straight to jail for 5 days (event for government people military and muzungus) and you need to pay a fine again.

If you get caught without a mask or in a bus without social distancing again straight to stadium and 10 k fine.

These are facts from today and not from www like some guys who pretend to know the country do.

From friends reporting from Kigali, no mongering at all. Massage services are among business activities still forbidden under COVID-19. Maybe those living there have some more tips on how they cope with these difficult times. International flights from / to Kigali resume on 1 August and I am very excited to return there.

IMHO and given my personal experience from both countries, Uganda girls are more GFE, more open-minded and ready to offer what is being asked and even more proactive. Rwanda girls are really very difficult to approach. They are a little bit friendly but you can't predict because it is not easy to get what is in their mind.

Just for example, you meet any girl on street in Kampala, you say hullo to her, she will do the same, but in Kigali, the girl looks at you at suspicious. This is the first barrier to move.
