Well well well since you brought it up Mr. Jackson, I have my reservations for using my credit card over the net and' have no guarantee that a draft I issue in Rwanda will get to the States. Why don't you embrace the changing times by incorporating mobile (telephony) money like mpesa, which is making a revolution all around africa? Simple, Safe and quick to use.

That said, I do appreciate all the hard work you do.

If by "reservations " you mean is there any danger that your credit card data might be stolen, then I can tell you that both the shopping cart service and the credit card service I use to process the credit card transactions are both conducted on secure, encrypted websites, so your credit card information is secure.

If by "reservations " you mean is there any danger that your credit card statement will show that you've purchased a membership to this forum, then I can tell you that the credit card charge will be made under another name (which I won't write here because I don't want it being found by search engines) that looks like it's a contribution to a charity.

If by "reservations " you mean is there any danger that a law enforcement agency might force me to divulge your forum username, then the answer is no because I delete the shopping cart transaction data every few days, and that's the only connection between your credit card charge and your username. In other words, the credit card charge doesn't include your username, only the shopping cart database has this info, and I have total control over the shopping cart's database.

In addition, the forum's servers are located in Montreal, Canada, safely outside the USA legal system.

If by "reservations " you mean is there a possibility that I will take your money and dissapear, then then answer is no. This has been a membership website for several years, and nobody here has ever reported a single problem with using their credit card to purchase a subscription. Believe me, if there had ever been a problem, it would have been reported it here.

I bought 4 50mg tabs of generic Viagra (2, 000 RwFrancs, about $3) so no great loss. It did not work. But the generic Viagra in Eritrea did work although it was not as long lasting as the real Viagra.

I've been here 2 weeks in Kigali and here are my thoughts. The best place to find pros seems to be KBC Planet as New Cadillac is an 'older' crowd. At KBC most of the pros are a bit overweight but there are a few gems. I met a Rwanda on AfroIntro living in Kampala. After a few hot exchanges on Skype she was down to Kigali to see me like a shot. Unfortunately, this semi-pro gf was no different than the pros at KBC. Only difference was she tried so hard to not appear like a pro by being extremely demanding to appear 'upper' class (e. G. Insisting on taking private taxi instead of shared mini-bus, asking for cash and then using it to go to the prison to play upper class charity girl).

Before I forget to not practise what I preach: price should be no more that 15, 000 Frances (about $25 you. S) for a short time possible even over-night. I will keep you posted.

Remera, near Alpha Palace. If you walk from Alpha Palace hotel towards the Prince House Intersection / petrol station I will find some street girls ready for action. 2 girls were ready for a 3some and even had a room already in one of the 'motels'. Not sure these 'motels' are girl friendly but I think so, names are Hope Lodge, Eden Lodge, Amani hotel, cheap at 10, 000 Frances ($15 USA) But the times are strange, should be on that road before 11 pm, seems to get quiet after that.

Just returned from an extended stay in Kigali, and didn't really have to do anything extraordinary for my fun. Got moved around between hotels a few times due to some hiccups, but if you keep the Serena <-> MC circuit going you'll find it really easy to find your fun, at the hotel bar, at quite reasonable rates. The hotel staff politely ignore you, and, if you're shy, you can just have the lady come upstairs 15minutes after you leave the bar area (alone).

Service was acceptable in all cases; actually for the effort involved from my side (which was, to say, just go to the bar...) and the convenience of not having to worry about LEO or nasties breaking into your room, I have no regrets.

though a few months have passed since i went to rwanda, i will give my two cents of information, at least as far as i remember.

kigali is a nice, pleasant city, very well organized for an african city, though there is not much to do (for example, the only cinema i found was a video house in the outskirts). some nice restaurants, few nice bars, swimming and drinking in the mille collines hotel, visiting the museums and memorials...

about what interests us, the mongering, i found the scene a little bit limited, though interesting. some pro gems here and there, and very nice amateur girls with whom i did not indulge but seem a possible source of pleasure.

i stayed in hotel isimbi, who charge an extra for the girl, even if you have a double. generally speaking, i found rwanda to be rather more expensive than the neighbouring countries.

i tried my luck in carwash, but i didnt find anything interesting. actually, most of the girls were hanging on at the dor or at the road. in new cadillac, the game was much better, but i didnt agree a price. anyway, i found most of the girls later in planet, known by kbc by the boda-bodas (motor bike-taxis). actually, since distances are quite big, this was my favourite transport means. it may be scary for some people. not for me. i didnt have any problem and saved a lot of money. i you use them at night, take a sweater, because it can get cold.

in planet i got my two only successes. first was a big boobed, very fit girl who approached me in the disco. obviously very pro though she claimed that she had a business and was there for fun. she was fun enough though and soon was sticking her tongue till reaching my liver, so we agreed that she would come to my hotel and i would give her 15.000 rwandan francs (less than 20 dollars at the time), though she said something as though it didnt matter to her. but it did, afterwards.

i have to say that it was one of the best fucks i have had, though she had lied to me saying that she was no mum and her boobs penched down, which i hate. problems came in the end, when she wouldnt agree with my 15.000 rwandan francs on the pretext that she had heard 50.000. she woundnt leave my room and i was also stubborn to pay the agreed price, so things got really tense and i called the night porter. it was a little bit stupid of my part since she settled for 25.000 rf, but i felt i was right and was outraged. finally i listened to the advice of the porter, i paid and she left, i think a little bit sad because we had had a very good time. so was i.

my other experience was weird too, but nice and interesting. i picked a nice girl in planet, but since i didnt want to pay the extra in my hotel (i was travelling for a long time; usually i am not that stingy) we decided to go to her house. if you can call it that.

it was an adventure. walking at night in a poor neihbourhood (i know, i am a little bit crazy) and arriving to a shack without no running water and only a flashlight. bed was big and nice, though. her body was not as good as it looked dressed (i found some of these african girls to be soft fleshed, contrary to my previous experiences with hard, fit, muscular girls) but she was really sweet and we had a good time. first time too that i [CodeWord134] in a bucket as she brought it for herself.

in the morning, it was fun to wake up, meeting the neighbours, with whom she laughed her ass out. after she walked me to a place where i could get a boda boda and said good bye. i never saw her again but sure i will have fond memories of her and that night.

It depends. The prices in general range from EUR 30 to 300 (in theory) for the whole night.

Quennie gave me always a special price and stayed the whole night.

However, do not pay more than 50-80 EUR per "one shot".

Your co-workers do not need to cruise around the city, just try to explore the hotel bar after 20.00 hrs.

Do not know any of these hotels....Sky hotel is 20 000 (25euro) and there is a nightclub downstairs.... I would not go any cheaper than that price in Kigali...Just my opinion...
