For a first-timer visiting east Africa for 2-3 weeks, would you recommend Tanzania over Kenya? Main considerations are beautiful beaches, good night life, and tall, slim local women. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Normally Kenya. If things were normal. As things now are. There's only one country right now. Without Covid and Lockdown hassle. And that's Tanzania. I don't expect things to improve before April 2021.

I just happened to watch sports this weekend and saw a marathon race somewhere in Europe (snippets of it). The group of 7 ladies that finished in the top 7 were all slim and tall (and titless and assless) and all either from Ethiopia or Kenya. So I guess if slim and tall is what you are looking for then those two countries should be where you should be looking. Also the Maasai are some of the tallest people in the world I believe and are from Kenya and Tanzania.

I have never been to these countries myself, so I could be wrong. But based on the marathon runners I saw Kenya and Ethiopia is where I would look.

Yes. Now all people very friendly and very cheap. But I stay in Stone Town. No tourists. Only locals. Food very good and cheap. 2 to 5 $. Hotels give deep discount. Before 200 $ now 40 $. Even in Nungwi you can find cheap places. I stay in Guest House 7 $ with breakfast. Check on Agoda. You can also find Apartment for long term stay..for 300 to 500$ a month or less. Don't expect too much to get laid. But you can find girls for 30 to 50k.

I couldn't have said it better. In fact I am getting more and more discriminate. I am now in Sansibar. Did I go there for the women? No. As my sansibari rafiki told me. Women in Africa are like Coca Cola. You get them on any street corner. And Sansibar? If you like to chill covid free. Thats one of the best places on earth right now. The streetfood is the best in East Africa and add to that excellent dirt cheap weed. Totally relaxed vibes here. Unlike Kenya now where hungry street cops are on the take and collect money from muzungu for any small transgressions of Covid rules.

2. 20 years ago, there was negligible fear from girls of having photos posted online. Also, governments didn't monitor that kind of stuff or check digital cameras and computers. Nowadays, so many girls are very suspicious and hesitant when you try to take their photos. You often need to build up initial trust which is not so easy. And each time you do post photos, you better be damn sure to never reveal their identity.

3. 20 years ago, it felt like my status, and that of western expats in general, was a lot higher in many parts of the third world. Social media did not exist and girls in general seemed a lot more humble and down to earth.

4. 20 years ago, prices for everything, factoring in inflation, seemed a lot lower in majority of the hotspots I visited. I was much wealthier, and again, higher status, on a relative basis.

So when I'm up for it, when I have sufficient energy and motivation, I spend most of my time hunting. Scores are only sporadic and occasional. If needed, I can tide myself over with a few decent but mediocre girls. But it's a real feat to get quality experiences with girls who rate 7 or 8 in my book. And I certainly wouldn't mind paying a lot for that, even if it doesn't go directly to the girl. For example, if I'm in one country and a girl I really fancy from another city or country suddenly shows interest online, I might spend several hundred on a last minute trip to go see her.

I just want to put out there that there's a lot more to quality mongering then how much you pay or don't pay. On the other hand, if you are completely blind to quality, then perhaps it makes some sense to focus on whether you pay $10 or $30 or $100 for a girl's time.

For me, and perhaps certain others, the mongering and dating bottleneck has little to do with money. Rather, it's about finding local girls we truly are interested in who will be interested or at least willing to share quality time with us in return for reasonable but not over the top (western or gulf priced) compensation. Also, if I had to spend $1,000 on logistics to have an extended quality experience with a 7 or especially an 8 who really liked me or were good enough actresses to make me think so, that would be a lot more fulfilling than staying put and using that $1,000 to have a revolving door of 30-40 5s and 6s or even a few skanky 7s.

I guess it just feels there is way too much emphasis on saving a bit of chump change while no attention is paid to the elephant in the room - the abysmal quality of most of the girls guys are getting for their nickels and dimes. Can anyone really say they've found anything other than skanks and dirty hos in places like Corner Bar? It's not just about looks but the whole package. Girls in that dive are high milage, disease ridden, uneducated, and pale in comparison to many of the girls you see in regular venues like grocery stores, university campuses, hospitals, etc.

I don't like exaggerated out of proportion fat asses. I like girls who tend to rate highly with locals no matter in Makati, Meddellin, or Dar es Salaam. There are many factors which make them that way but suffice it to say, you almost never see them with visiting white sex tourists.
