I start with a simple hotel review:

Golden Tulip Oyster Bay / Msasani.

(there is another in city center).

Resort hotel with +90 rooms.

Nicely located near Coco Beach, Q-Bar and Samaki Samaki.

Slight wear and tear on outside, but room interiors quite good.

Breakfast OK with eggs to order, but also heavier stuff like sausages every day.

Exactly, Mada is the best although even there I can see some serious degradation to the point that its become a questionable destination for a guy that lives in Pattaya. So, considering the amount of effort+money+time+low comfort level versus the reward has become super problematic to vote for.
