Unfortunately I am on my way out already. I was just a transitory speck on the scene so you can definitely get info with more 'gravitas' from the other guys. I will say that Tinder served me well with providing quality company. As someone in his late 50's with average looks I had no trouble getting great girls. By great girls I mean just having the look and feel of average student, girl next door types rather than obvious pros. As has been pointed out, there's no need to pay a lot to the girls. Just show them a good time and maybe 50 k shillings or so for transport and so on will leave them more than happy. However, the showing them a good time part can add up if you're not paying attention.

Sea Cliff was consistently girl friendly. No objection from security guys at the gate or door and the front desk people hardly lifted their heads as we walked past.

Zanzibar can be complicated if you're staying at Nungwi in the far north. A scattered few contacts will be nearby but most others will be around Stone Town, which is an hour's drive. I was lucky enough to meet a cute local waitress from one of the restaurants on the beach. My resort, the Doubletree, was a little more anal about security. Luckily I had booked for 2 and was able to talk my way in. It helped that I only ever had the same person coming to see me and I'm a member of their loyalty program.

Interred to hear about when you guys set price. If money is not mentioned I always wait until she is leaving after the deed to sort out the amount. I have a price in mind, and this is what they get. Do you raise the issue of cash before going back to hotel if they haven't done so?

I also never talk about money (not in Asia and Africa) some times they bring it up ore they say before you go that they need some taxi money.

From the 100 times a had 3 girls ho where not happy whit the money and start make it difficult.

2 times (1 Nigerian in Gambia and 1 Kenyan in Bangkok) sad to me its to little money and they go sit on the bed, the where not lucky because it was my last night in the hotel so I pack my bag and just go out leaving them in the room the come running out and just go and put up there middle finger to me hahaha.

1 time in Uganda the girl also that not leave and sit on the bed and had I discussion about 20 min and than se leave (just don't be a pussy and don't give more, don't fall for they sad story).

As my last girl was about to leave, she asked for 50 k to get her hair done. I thought it was cute and funny as I handed it over. Anyway, the main cost in this Sea Cliff and Slipway area is the wining and dining. It can add up fast if you're out for hours or barhopping.

Never tried this technique before at Coco. Thanks for the tip. Went to club Juliana in Mbezi last week and met a 10 there. She initially asked for 300 k and quickly accepted 100 k. I should have not paid more than 40 k. But it was worth it. Lesson learned.

I got some good attention at Cocos beach in the early afternoon yesterday. Go down, smile at the pretty ones, and ask them about the food stalls at the back of the beach. When they tell you they sell cassava and drinks you can just say thanks and ask them to join you.

Actually Tembo is a Muslim place, E. G. they don't serve alcohol.

Of course if you pay for two, stay one night and bring a girl over, they won't argue.

But if you do this 3 times in a row with a different lady, I bet, you will be in trouble.

I just arrived in Dar few days ago for work / enjoyment. Was out clubbing this weekend and I guess I overpaid the girl with 300 k. Well, lesson learned. What I understand from here, I should not pay more then 100 k.

Got a couple of numbers from ladies, and will meet them up any day.

Is there any great hunting spots except the clubs up Oyster area? Pubs / clubs I mean.

I had booked the Peninsula too. Thanks to your posts I thought about it and canceled Peninsula. I'm now booked for Sea Cliff.

I'm in Sea Cliff now, but only as company is paying for this bit of my trip (some work unfortunately). It's very very nice, but I didn't bring anyone back. Too many staff and reception desks for my liking LOL.

After my work is completed I will stay a few more days. Will seek a different place and report back.

By the way, had a evening date lined up with a Tinder find last night. Was meeting at fancy restaurant. She messaged to say was on the way, but never actually arrived. I waited longer than I have waited for anyone in my life. Eventually went back to sea cliff alone.

But. I was at slipway, near waterfront restaurant, and there are fine looking girls there definitely up for it. Some really hot. Got plenty of smiles and some small talk from from those walking past. Sadly I didn't know I was being stood up so didn't pursue. If you parked yourself on a bar stool and returned smiles you'd be in business. I imagine prices would start high, as this is the expat hangout. By the time I realized I was stood up I couldn't be bothered so went back solo.

Edit: forgot to say that I will look for alternative to Peninsula and Seacliff after business trip is concluded in a week. Evening fun on hold for a while as colleagues are arriving.
