In my limited Tanzania experience that is reasonable for a massage parlour, but a complete rip-off anywhere else in Dar. For massage I paid, I think. 20, 000 to 25, 000 for the massage, and then extras where another 50, 000 although the girls started their bidding at 100, 000. Use the usual negotiating tricks to talk them down in a friendly way.
