Taxi money is the cost for a beautiful woman. Why do you think Africa is the last paradise on earth. But the cost can range depending how dumb or smart you are between 9 and 100 USD. And it's not Thailand. You have to know what you're doing. Africa is nothing for the cash and carry Thailand or Dominican Republic weekend warrior. Africa is more for the intrepid sexplorateur. Get acquainted with the culture and climate first. And you'll suffer. Bad roads, exhausting climate, crime, bland food, tropical disease. You name it they got it. Sub Saharan travellers fall in 2 categories. Those who run away screaming and those who are hooked for life.

General impression:

Tanzanians hands down are the most polite humans I've encountered in my travels maybe Ethiopians (my peeps) come very close 2nd. Also the most soft spoken! Girls are desperate for foreign husbands.

Food: I'm sticking to local blue collar food like rice, ugali, beans, meat, collard greens. Etc Here in Sakina area I can get a plate for 2,500 TZS. But if you go to Kaloleni there are even better options especially two restaurants I like and they'll run you 4 K and 5 k.

Hotels: friendly to chicas without ANY questions about who you bring. But I know the girls prefer a private residence. Trust me my numbers jumped when the girls knew I live in a private apartment!

Compared to destinations: Very close to Mada to find regulars but still not as quick as Mada where you go from Hi to 69 in 1 HR! Girls, again I'm strictly talking regular, are super clean and fresh. All by the way accepted 69 no problem. Two initially resisted but eventually accepted.

A lot has changed since my last trip in 2020. Ambience / Corner bar is gone. But girls are around there. I shagged many girls for 20-40 000St / LT. Collected numbers from civilians at milimani mall and streets.

In sinza: the replacement for ambience is called Olympus but many girls say it's kangaroo. I did hang out there and it was quite many decent options there but quality varied from day to day.

You are on the point! The NGO-guys overpaying in their safe township, never make it to Sinza. Even that they demolish the old Corner bar, girls will still be there. Next time check out the "Hospital-Bus-Station".

For transport I used mostly bolt and haggled with bajaj dudes. Most of my food was eaten at local places and once awhile at the milimani mall restaurants.

Sinza is good fun but of course it's not for the scared and inexperienced type. But I love such places.

Rule number 11. Don't shag at the beach in Africa. Then it depends if it was real police which I doubt. Therefore lodge a complaint with the real police which wears uniform and an AK-47. It is however not unheard of police taking pussy instead of prison time or money from the local girl aka Malaya. But usually that's not done at the beach. More likely in the prison cell. Better not get involved and stay indoors in your hotel room. As romantic as it sounds to shag at the beach. Never ever do that stunt in Africa. I figure it was local boys having a free one. Yes I think that's right they definitely did not have guns but man I feel like it has happened to me I am losing the plot going over and over it trying to think of ways I could of help stop it in any way but obviously it's too late now.

I was shocked that the few people that I could get to come and help also did nothing at all to stop it and even helped keep a look out I think, I was definitely in shock I just wish I could find the girl again now the poor soul I will say a thousand prayers instead truly devastating experience.

Preparation:

Download Uber and Bolt. They are widely used and cheaper than normal taxis. You should make sure your default payment is in cash. In dar the max I paid was 5 k tzs. For a 45 min Taxi ride from airport asked for 40 k! Bolt only 17 k! Just don't blow the cover on bolt because some are operating illegally with normal yellow plates so just tell the aggressive official drivers your friend is picking you up and communicate on the app to find his parked car. The apps allow for calls.

Get your e-visa through Tanzania government website. As Americans you'll pay $100 for one yr long with multiple entries provided your max one stay is 90.

Also go on Tanzania government website to fill out a health questionnaire to obtain a unified health code.

You'll need a 72 HR neg. Pcr result...

You're an Africa operator. LOL. I can't teach you anything. One note to climate. Always make the climate chart your best friend. Coast Region in EA Kenya / Tanzania worst time before the big Rains. I. E. Dec to March you'll sweat off your ass. Much better in Arusha or Mwanza. I know Dar fairly well. I almost exclusively used Bolt. Dirt cheap and trouble free. Pretty girls well. Depends. There's loads of hot Arab / African mix. But they know their value.

I have been a few days in Mwanza. For finding girls a good place is diamond autolink and a las Vegas bar nearby. The girls show up about 11 pm. At 1 am it is full.
