Stay in Kenya, its far better by all means.

Tanzania its a Muslim country.

But if you are curious just take the bus from mombada to several town "near" the border. English is not widely spoken outside DAR. (especially in the villages). Ladies which are not "pro" are conservative.

The best part of the country is the rural area near the border of Mozambique. Its extremely cheap, nice people and breathtaking scenery.

The big tourist cities has many pros that pretend to be normal working class. Arusha is bad news but I got some sex there.

In summary, stay in kenya they are genetically engineered to fuck.

What do you think about this difference between Kenya and Tanzania about prostitution?
Is Tanzania on the Kenyan way since Kenya has made the tourists to fear it? Or is there a tanzanian way of mongering?

Tanzania mainland is christian 45% muslim 35% other beliefs 20%, if Dar es Salaam is aslept, I suppose it's because of its previous socialist experience who delayed its development in some fields and in our field the prostitution.
But the trip to the South is a really good idea!

Tanzania has decided to welcome rich tourists for deluxe tours, there is not, until now, a lot of cheap hotels for mass tourism - so there is a gap in Dar es Salaam between expensive and nice hotels and guest houses, cheap, often safe, girlfriendly, but often far away from international standards.
On the contrary, because of the lack of mass tourism, the ladies are cheaper because they are not use to the newcomer to Africa who can give 100 or 200$ for a shot without to know what this money means here.
The nightlife is, IMHO, decent from thursday to saturday in Dar es Salaam.
I hope this little informations will be useful.
IMHO again, Kenya was more easy for mongering than Tanzania.
