Bilicanas is a brilliant place if you want to pick up a non pro girl, students etc.
You might have to work a little bit but its not very difficult.
But its not like Jolly which is a brothel in reality.
Q bar is normally very easy as well.
Plus another 100 bars or so if you venture a bit outside the expat areas.

I have just returned after a 4 day trip from Dar. Originally I was supposed to stay in Millennium towers, but had to change my plans last minute as it was very far from the City. I booked myself in furnished appts near Jolly club for USD 70 per day. Jolly club is the only place to pick up. California Dreamer is closed down. There is a bar called Biko in Movenpick hotel previously Royal Palm hotel. There options there are few and expensive. Jolly had plenty of babes, they all start with USD 50 LT and agree for USD 20. I managed to pick up some good lookers all the 3 nights spent there. I went to Bilcanas and was not a hunting ground for mongers. I did not visit Bistro as I believe the situation is similar there. Make sure to keep all cash in the safe, as these girls will try to go thru your pockets if you go to the bathroom for washing your D****.

Hotels Near Jolly Bar
Can someone suggest a couple of 3 star hotels near Jolly bar or Hotels to the nearest hotspots. I'd appreciate the rates as well. I will be there during the 2nd week of May.

I know bilicanas is great some nights, I know q bar is full of hooks and the same goes for jolly club.

Jolly's is a guaranteed lay. Cheap hookers.
Someone on an old post mentioned magic hands massage parlour near the US embassy. That is also good. Best bet? Sniff out small 'local' bars, and keep your eye open for women on the make. Don't always expect it, but if they are there, you will notice and it will be fine to send them over a drink and get talking. More fun than the guaranteed hookers in jolly's or a hand job in a massage parlour.

Jolly bar is next to Las Vegas Casino. Very (in)famous. All the locals know where it is- ask a cabbie to take you there- Ths 1,500 from any downtown hotel.

Hey!
No pics - I just don't have the guts to take that chance. I'm soo absentminded I'm sure I'd leave one on the camera and then I'd have some explaining to do.
Maybe I'll ask one of my mongerbuddies to bring one along on our next expedition and use that instead.
