The first part of your statement is indisputable and I agree. Though just how many of the "best non hardcore girls" you are able to access in clubbing and bar hopping is certainly a matter of debate. The ferries of Kilimanjaro are in good technical conditions, on time and under most weather conditions a seat at the open deck is more then pleasant. Only trouble is the boarding and leaving the ferry. One must be fierce fighting against al the touts trying to grab your luggage. In case you not like ferries, then take a flight. Its the same price!

Secondly: if you are an introvert, the cougars will find you at Samaki, Elements, Q Bar or even along the dark lane leading the the UN Headquarters or opposite USAID building at night. Tricking you into a 200. -$ ST is fun for them. If they find one idiot a month they are already break even. And that is the area where guys stay as employees of those unproductive associations.

Thirdly: Dar Es Salaam is a big dirty city. It is not buildt for tourists. You will not find a lane to promenade or a casual outside cafe to enjoy your caffe latte and watching birds. You also won't find a pub for after working hours to enjoy a beer and chat with others. The Expats do have their clubs and big houses where the have their pool parties and barbeques behind gates. You as a tourist are disturbing.

There are a couple of after hour bars, where the said cougars assemble. Starting after 11:00 to hunt. Most of them old professionals full of their own charm and tricks. The bars are not in walking distance to each other. There is no red light district. Some of those discos are by taxi half an hour or more apart. Disregradless where you stay, you need to get used to book Uber or Bolt.

Myself and friends of mine, staying there for some weeks or months--plus some few local guys I know, never pay more than 30 to 50.000 for a short time and as absolute max 100.000 TSH for a night if she is a stunner, fucking 3 holes, slurping you off before and knows how to kachabal. The normal going rate is 50.000 for a night. (20. - and if you dare to venture to Concord Hotel, you will get offers for a 10.000 Shilling blow job at the roadside, not to mention the brothel area in downtown near the hospital region. Cab drivers can guide you there.

I would think it would be better to go out and meet girls in person. Dar may be similar to Accra in that there is a modest foreigner, mzungu community and so very attractive savvy girls may understand what westerners are willing to pay; see also comments from others regarding exorbitant financial demands and my discussion with the pro named Sandra below. For these girls 200 euro will be dismissed. I am not privy to more remote areas of Dar / TZ such as ghetto areas or more remote regions, so I am unable to comment but I imagine in those harder to access areas for mzungus, 200 euro should be plenty.

OTOH, for a mzungu like me, staying to the central metro area (s), cultivating a mutually attracted rapport is the best (?only) way to get a girl full time for that amount. I have had several who have not asked for payment at all. If the girls find your photos and / or personality attractive, then you should have no problems getting a girl interested in staying with you. But it will be supply and demand and you may or may not get exactly what you are hoping for. If you pay 150,000 TZS (around 55 euro) for ST, it makes me think that Tanzania is expensive for getting sex. In fact maybe girls expect that amount of money.

I would not read my reply that way. I have no doubt that many of these girls would leave satisfied just with taxi money. When they leave ME, I want them keenly interested in returning to me. So I gift them generously. IOW, my numbers are significantly skewed upwards. Most of them however I do not call back.

I think there are very few Mzungu's like myself in TZ now so I do not think I, myself, am having any "macro" effect on the girls. But most of them are "one and done". I am sure they are collectively still expecting little, unless they are pros or individually spoiled.
