Yes, I'm flying on Monday from Amsterdam. Already got my visa online which I think is better than VOA given the current situation. There is no also another BM who flew out recently.

There is flights. That doesn't mean you are allowed to bord. Non-essential travel for EU citizens is banned. There is a recommendation however that the ban be lifted effective July 1st. But it is up to the individual member state. I can tell you that a mate of mine was denied boarding an Ethiopian flight from Brussels to Tanzania. The flight is departing but you are allowed to board only with documents like resident or work permit of a valid reason. Tourism is of course NON essential. Turkey is open though. There might be a loophole. But its down to the individual member country. You might be allowed boarding from lets say Frankfurt but not from Brussels. Crazy? But that's the way it is.

My question: Would Dar al Salaam a disappointment in comparison to Kampala if I go there this year?

Just google, I can see a lot flights from Europe top Dar es Salaam.

I can see Ethiopian, KLM, Lufthansa, Qatar too are there.

They are definitely selling flights because I almost booked one for next Friday from Amsterdam too.

I entered Tanzania without any problems.

Visa on arrival is available.

Stay at KingD hotel for 60,000 a night.

Found a nice slim 20 year old girl at Coco Beach.

Damage 30 k for 1 h.

Kindly can you tell me which airlines have you used to reach Dar and from which airport. Did they asked you to fill a form to justify the reason of your trip when you left Europe? Because what I have heard in the news is that the EU citizens are not allowed to leave the Schengen area apart for work reasons or emergency reasons.

The airline (Qatar) and also the immigration don't ask for a yellow fever certificate or any other documents when you depart from Europe.

Visa on arrival is possible for 50 USD.

Couldn't get an appointment for any vaccinations in time but the flights come down in price mid August so think I'm going to book for then. Going to book in the next few days if I can get flexible flights just in case things change over there.

The 14 countries whose citizens will have quarantine-free access to the EU from 1 July. According to LE Monde. Include Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Montenegro, Morocco, Rwanda, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay.

From tomorrow the EU borders will open only to the above 15 countries. I want to reach Tanzania since Kenya my usual monger destination is under lockdown but I don't understand if it is possible to leave from any European airport to Dar es Salam. Is there anyone who have flown from Europe to Tanzania recently or someone who is about to do so?

Just google, I can see a lot flights from Europe top Dar es Salaam.

Never mind it being effective or not. It's not something you catch. It's a stamp on a piece of paper and a pretext for hassle if you cannot show it.
