Samaki owner has opened up a new spot close by on the beach next to Coco beach called wavuvi Kemp. It's basically samaki samaki but on the beach. Drinks and food are pricier however. You will find high level girls there but will hit your pocket more.

On my recent trip to Dar es Salaam, I stayed at Q-bar (I was being lazy to find for girls and from what I heard, Q bar always have girls).
Room were expensive ($50-$60) for the super cheap quality bed and stinky washroom. But that's not the worst thing.
I picked a girl for $40 from downstair club and took her to my room, half way through the sex she started demanding more money. She stopped sex and said give me $100.
I went to front desk to complain and seems like they were all in it together. Front desk guy said he can't help and give her whatever she asks. The girl threatened me with her goons who were still present at the bar (I saw them). Since Hotel itself was in it with them, I knew there weren't going to protect me nor did I trust to call police (I might be eve in more trouble).
I had to pay $100 extortion, as it was my beginning of 15 days vacation and I didn't want to ruin it.
In my experience, stay at good hotel where you trust hotel staff to protect you. Stay away from Q bar.
