One more question to my friends in Dar. How risky is it to invite some lady whom I might have met for the first time into my hotel room where my stay ID booked?

I mean is it OK or should I avoid it.

That is a difficult one. If you do decide to do it, I would advise that you ensure that everything of value is locked in the room safe. Also, I would meet her somewhere before hand to get a feel for what she is like. If you are not comfortable it gives you the opportunity to pull out or go somewhere else. The other option is to go to a cheaper hotel for your fun. This would cost between Tsh30,000 and TSH 70,000 for a reasonable room. Much safer but costs a bit more.

I will be in Dar for 3 nights, please help me with a girlfriendly safe hotel and place to find semi pros and non pros and easily accessible to Dar airport.

You should stay at Kinondoni, Sinza or Mwenge for Cheap hotels.

But if you got good pocket for hotel please stay at Mikocheni or Msasani even Oyster-bay.

I have tried to arrange them by there significance.

From what I read about the basement I'm afraid that they don't have an open-air bar area anymore.

It was one af the attractions of the "Old" New Maisha Club that you could just walk in & out the "garden" area that was always crowded with girls (in varying degrees of Pro status).

Could play a game of pool and you didn't have to enter the very noisy & dark club.

There is still Trinity, but there is a different crowd there, many young expats and different music.

Its True ZIm Zam.

But still they have open Bar but its inside the parking Area and its not fan and crowded as it used to be there at Old Maisha.
