Been here 4 days and it's, meh. I went out a few nights. Bubbles is now Jam. I don't like the women there at all. They are too hardcore and some look like worn out old hags. Can you buy me one beer? F off!

Not really feeling my tinder matches. I did take a nail tech out for lunch. I was exhausted my first night so I didn't go out. The next night went to a club and got fairly wasted. I was watching this particular chic dance near me all night. When it was over, I approached her. Seemed like she was down to go with my that night, but I had too much whisky and no vitamins in the system so I got the digits instead. Here's the weird part, she declined going back to my place after lunch. Huh? I don't think I'm contacting her again. No time for these games.

    Notes:

Cat Walk was jammed packed Saturday night, but couldn't get good vibes from the attractive ones. It is a bit young overall. Asian Fusion is a nice date restaurant, but I went solo. H20 was lively Friday night, but on the young side and doesn't seem like a good semi pro option. Cafessierre food is overpriced and the staff is cold there.

Got the MTN SIM and small data for 12 k shillings, but almost out and I've been using wifi whenever I can. Ubers are more expensive here especially if going somewhere expensive or to / from the mall. I've bit the bullet and rode boda a few times but never late at night.

My Airbnb sucks on so many levels and it's down a dirt road with a dirt parking lot. No clean shoes in this city. I'm switching to somewhere else and more expensive this week. Nairobi has more quality options at good prices.

Going to pop one of these kamagra pills. I paid 5 k each. The pharmacy did not have Apcalis (Cialis). Going to research a decent massage spot and get one off. I'm hopeful Dar is going to be better than this. I doubt if I would live here. Not my vibe.
You compare Kampala to Nairobi? Dar is going to be even worse for you. Why? Learn how to speak Kiswahili. Forget hunting in Kampala with Tinder. Only the super rich have a smart phone. Nairobi is far more developed. People are richer in Kenya. Internet is cheaper. This is not CONUS. You have to learn how to hit on civilians during the DAY. Bubbles is a tourist / expat spot. Go to Kabalagala. Lastly. Learn from the pros. How they operate. Read the posts of Zegreenboy in Youppie. Use Google translate. He pays no more than 30 to 50 k UGX for young prime pussy.

I don't use long haul. I broke my journey. Nairobi to Kisumu. Then I took MODERN from Kisumu to Entebbe. Border. Was not a real problem. There's a one stop border shop. I didn't even have to offload luggage for inspection.

Get used to your plans thrown off. That's Africa. You can find yourself thrown in jail for no reason. Or the bus falls off a cliff. Then you're plain and simple dead. Enjoy sweet Kampala pussy. The diversity is hard to beat.

Is it just the Mash Bus-line or are all the bus-lines poor?

I meant Stanbic Bank. It's located at the bottom floor on the left side of the mall.

I went to Acacia Mall for the main purpose to go to the ATM. Couldn't find the Standard Chartered Bank One because I don't have my SIM yet, so I was flying blind. I went to the rip-off to the far left on the three on the ground floor. The rate was trash. $10 difference for only 500 k ugx and I know my bank it going to hit me with fees and another exchange rate hit. Going to wind up with an almost 30% loss. Makes me not want to even monger in this shithole. I'm already over it.

The host told me guests are fine. 10-15 minute walk to Arcadia mall. I couldn't find anything better closer to the mall. Hoping the location isn't too much a hinderance.

Ran about 75 a night plus fees. If anyone has thoughts on location let me know.
I will be in Kampala around same time. Would you want to link up for some night out and chick hunting?

I did the same mistake first time. Took that shitty bus from Nairobi to Kampala totally mood killer. Got sick for next 2 days.

    Kampala pollution didn't help either.

This time again I am planning Tanzania Kenya Uganda For whole December. I'll be only flying. Only mineral water and good hotel with AC.

I want to be in my prime mood to enjoy local beauties.

Most probably people will be polite because they get the rent. What they really think or talk among themselves I don't know.

In a private place I once had a friendly host so I wanted to be the good tourist and only smuggled in a girl when he was off. Of course the next day he knew everything from the guard. He did not talk to me specifically about my female guest but told me about the many infections in Uganda.

Thanks for your response. Short sweet and to the point. Are people in Kampala nosy about bringing girls into your Airbnb, (neighbors in particular).

First Timer read the posts by PorkJoint and Incrociatore long after Covid had started. Daytime rely on dating sites otherwise it is a question of luck. For Airbnb Kololo Nakasero or Entebbe can be the choice.
