Yes you're not the first white guy in Africa. Africans know about budget backpackers and almost every girl I've met has been scammed by a savvy white guy who didn't pay them anything. I'm a Black guy and I had the same problem especially in TZ. Basically if you stay in one place for a few months people get to "know" you. Then they'll warm up to you. Like it's been said here several times THERE IS NO SEX INDUSTRY IN AFRICA (barring South Africa) so it depends on a chicks mood. In fact because Africans are "polite" a woman will take your number then not hook up with you for various reasons. You have to catch her on the right day.

Take a Boda to Kabalagala after dark, plenty of ladies will approach you along the main strip, can also try Big Mike's in kololo, plenty of girls will approach you there.

However, the original poster was asking about dating Normal girls from malls, restaurants etc. So the probability of random girls at 20 accepting a date from 60 years old is very low unless you directly offer money and even then results are not guaranteed. So your chance to get them to bed is near zero. Sure if you go to clubs or working girls areas your chance will nearly 100 percent.

I was in Uganda the entire month of March. I'm mid 50's and was with a 19 year old hottie. When she wasn't with me, I was approached. WTF?

In my experience if a woman passes by in Uganda without returning your gaze, she's not interested. Stopping girls under false pretences will get you nowhere. The thing to do is to let your eyes wander and see what happens. If you catch a girl's eyes and she wants to hook-up she will show it. She will gaze at you unashamedly until you come up to her. Don't expect this to happen too often though. During the day women don't make up more than 15% of people in the streets except on markets and the rare shopping malls where it can be 30%. Girls in shopping malls are often with male friends. I often had girls interested in me when I was already with another girl (sod's law or maybe something else having to do with the dynamics of mating).

I think you landed on the African continent with wrong or highly misinformed mindset: thinking that any female you see will want to dhag with you for money!

Think about it with your big head: in your home country what would you expect by stopping random ladies on the street asking them lame questions?

If you want to meet WGs or semi pro interested in P4 P find out where they hang out: could be bars, clubs, a street etc. Or try to make contacts on social medias: Badoo, tinder, afrointroduction etc.

You may have landed with a wrong or misinformed mindset: in Africa every woman want to shag with whites for money.

Think about it with the big head: in your country do you expect to shag with every chick you meet on the street or in a shopping mall? I think no!

My advice: unless you are in some type of red light district (every city have one) or into bars / clubs frequented by WGs (pro or send pro) trying to approach random females expecting to get them into P4P will get you in trouble.
