So I've been getting away from taking pics lately because I'm mostly dealing with a bunch of old regulars and I'm tired of dealing with all of the crap from the new girls when I breakout the camera. Not to mention the associated loss of leverage.

Anyway, this girl became one of my newer regulars mostly for convenience purposes. Another lazy fuck, but she would call me at the right time. Usually in the mornings when I just needed a release.

Cayenne is indeed the happening club. I checked out Rock Garden but also went to Cayenne on two or three occasions with my dear gf. Yes there are loads of single women there and I did see at least one doing the Lambada with her date. Not sure if they came together, but a lot of the "good girls out for a good time" go there. So I wouldn't say I saw pros there. It definitely is not the same environment as Rock Garden. I never got propositioned by any of the ladies there, but then again, my date knew most of the ladies there and it was clear we came together, and she introduced me to a lot of the other ladies. On a side note, one of her friends did take an interest in me and I might see where that interest leads when I revisit Kampala later this year. Of course, I had a good time with my gf, and the only expense I incurred was cab fare, club cover charge, and food & drink. So I can't speak to the outrageous sums of dough some are willing to shell out. The girls at Cayenne are sharp and trendy and I know that can only come about with money, but from what I observed, many of the single ladies seemed to pair up with guys they had met before or knew, so not the same as Rock Garden. At least, not when I visited in February of this year. I don't know if the Ugandans price upwards when with non-black guy as even in the one instance when I ventured into a p4p situation, the high asking amount was less than 50K and I gave her 29K. So enjoy. I will stick to the non-pro scene as I am growing tired of the p4p shaninigans of some of these ladies. Less drama with non-pros and I know how to handle the "additional" support requests that inevitably come. But I have actually had to fend for my well-being in a recent p4p encounter in Senegal, had to call security to remove a lady from my room also in Senegal.

As you say, the price varies a lot. I would say it's usually between 30, 000 and 200, 000.

At Capitol Pub you may be able to bargain it down to 30k, but probably more like 50-80. According to the newspaper today, you can get it for 10k per hour in the slums of Bwaise, however I can't imagine you wanting to try that out. If you put in a bit of effort, or you know someone who will connect you, there are lots of students willing to come home to you for 70k-100k all night, including the really hot ones. In Rock Garden you may pay around 50-100, though 100 is more common than 50. The chicks from Burundi and Rwanda may ask for 80-200 and there are also a few Ugandans who won't be keen to go for less than 150. At Serena Hotel you may pay double the price for the exact same girls. Cayenne is now flooded with hookers on Friday and Saturday, I'd say around 100-150k for the hottest ones. For 200k you are either poor at negotiating, or you should get a contestant in Miss Uganda competitions.

Hence, I'd say around 100k is average.

I always just gave the girls 50k shs the next morning and all of them seemed happy with the gift offered. However now I'm going back for a short trip 6 years later and I would presume with the inflation and the depreciation of the Ugandan shilling that this remuneration will not be sufficient. I know this is a question without a straight answer since it will depend on a lot of factors, but can anyone give an indication of what would be fair to pay for a muzungu nowadays?

I visited Kampala for about 10 days in February of this year and I had only 1 p4p encounter as I preferred to focus on the non-pro scene (much better if you are seeking GFE). I checked out the Rock Garden when I first arrived in Kampala and rejected all come ons from the ladies. When I revisited Rock Garden a few days later, one of the ladies I had rejected looked much more appealing, so I decided to take her back to my hotel. I ended up just parting with about 29K Ugandan Schillings. I had actually initially offered her 20K, but she balked so I gave her a wad of 1K shillings that was just 8 or 9K shillings and she was satisfied. I think she was too drunk to know that I had only given her just 9K more shillings.

The women I encountered aren't really up on the changing exchange rates and I don't adjust my offering amount based on the exchange rate. I still found the ladies on the street were still asking for 10K Ugandan Schillings, though I did not partake.
