The GDP per capita in Uganda is around $700 and $450 in Madagascar. When it comes to expats from some of these countries then it's a different story. For example an average salary for Filipinos in a city in the Philippines is about 10,000 php ($200) in a country with a GDP per capita of around $3000. However Filipino American's household income is around $84,620 and that makes them the 6th higher earners int he US. American whites medium household income is only $67,865 and that places them to 32nd place! I don't have statistics of Ugandans and Malagasy people but it's not difficult to imagine that they are doing well and even better than American whites just like many other groups in the US and in the West. American diaspora from various countries/ethnicities is very skewed. I think Taiwanese and Indians there earn well over 100 K USD and even some groups like Nigerians do very well with a very high percentage holding graduate degrees and earning a large income.

I am involved in the operations of a non-profit condo corporation and we don't pay anyone less than around 16 K pre month plus there are various benefits we add. The highest is about 65,000 for top manager plus some incentives. Last 2 girls I dated seriously were at 55 K (government CPA) and 28 K (industrial sales). I really can't imagine anyone working for under 15 K in that nightmare of a city with all the commuting, etc. And I don't know how unemployed ones get by if they are not in the game and don't have others in the family carrying them.

US $527 vs. 642 is what I see listed as nominal GDP per capita for Mada and Uganda respectively but if you instead use PPP adjustment, Uganda becomes 50% higher than Mada.

Comparing Kampala to Metro Manila would be an interesting report. I noticed in Kampala that bureaucrats are not just inefficient but can be downright combative. At least in Philippines, they speak softly and call you sir while they waste your time haha.

I think this is probably accurate. I've been asking people with jobs their salaries and many who are educated seem to be making 100 - 200 USD. I will check some more in coming days. The guys who run the place I'm staying now are young, educated, and very sharp. They can talk about very deep topics and have a good awareness of what is going on around the world. Yet their pay here is only like $150 I believe. And these guys were handpicked by the owners (an American guy and Taiwanese girl).

From the top down, look no further than GDP per capita either nominal or PPP. Once again, Uganda rates extremely low, not really much higher than Madagascar surprisingly.

However, the Malagasy women I met on the flight over claims to be making US $2,000 per month as an expat in some sort of trading company. She did have a company vehicle but later I found out she was also involved in network marketing (fishy) and her rent allowance (company paid) is only 900,000 Shillings per month.

This salaries you talking about is big dream for 99.0 percent of uganda population. Most people is working here between 30-150 dollars per month depends of education level and job type. If I was you I believe less that a girls is talking about their salaries most of them is lying. So is plenty educated or no educated womens around for cheap price if you know what are you doing!

Last year I was in Kampala, so to come back about the issues how much you need to pay the girls, I can definitely say it's not that clear.

There are educated, young girls who are working and making 400 USD in a month, I found one who earned 700 USD a month, wages vary from 150 USD till 3000 USD a month! These are average numbers. A girl in Acacia mall in a shop makes 400 USD in a month. So playing cheap Charly with those girls are getting you nowhere.

These girls are not interested in opening their leggs for 50 000 ugx, not even 200 000.

I got nice educated girl 19 years old from Badoo with virtually no cost. Gave her 20 k for boda. Sometimes you can find girls that look for a relationship in Badoo or Afro. Forget street, bar girls. I also was successful in a mall called "Garden City" ,I always get girls there they all "between jobs". And no money is discussed just a meal in Javas.

To be balanced, I must admit that most of the time when Mongering educated girls on the street I failed. Reason? I am older now but the thing is all of them gave me Whatsapp number probably they waited for a financial offer.

You can go for street girls, or the cheap ones. But you have a lower quality for sure. For instance I was in Kagabala. Really guys is this your favourite hang out place? Also the quality of girls I would not raw dog for 1 million USD.

I'm not sure I understand all of what you write but I'm trying. Why do you want to go to a part of Angola where it's not possible to be intimate with the girls like in Luanda? What dating site (s) do you use where you get so many positive responses from Angola girls?

You mentioned in an earlier post that Ugandan girls are all about money. But then you also say they have the best attitudes and like to stay with you for 10 days. When I was in Lalibela people wanted to expatriate to get good sex because their wifes or gfs didn't work well. I was in Addis Ababa 2 years ago and had to pay a prostitute on the street to get a blow job. Then I used WeChat to contact some beautiful girls and them asked me 200 US $. It is incredible. Stay away from Ethiopia.
