I would suggest that even some of the most intolerable asses among us occasionally contribute valuable info. I have encountered some of UKTraveler's posts which seem useful and well intentioned.

We are not primarily here to be friends with each other. We are here to learn from each other. Two very different, and only occasionally coincident, purposes.

I feel sorry for you having to make false interpretations of other people's comments on the forum rather than sticking to adding information to the forum. I hold a PhD from an accredited USA university so I'm quite capable of abstract thinking. You got a PhD? You haven't taught statistics since you didn't answer last time. And your use of the fallacy of composition theory is wrong and misplaced once again. Inferential statistics makes inferences to entire populations from samples all the time (I. E what the fallacy states). But this is done based on probability distributions and levels of confidence, something you clearly don't know which is fine. I don't know everything just like you but, unlike you, I don't make false statements about others especially when I don't have an understanding of the subject matter. So again, my sample of 4 led to a 'recommendation' for using AfroIntro and NOT your incorrect statement that it was meant as a generalization to ALL Ugandan women on AfroIntro. Oh, and by the way, it is possible, with levels of confidence, using the permutation test which does not require large samples as you, the 'expert' claim to think is required, to see if 4 out of the total Ugandan girls could be 'statistically significant' on scoring. Finally, you say I have no experience in Uganda. Wrong again: 1 of the 4 girls I met in Uganda. You should get your facts before you try, unsuccessfully, to be a smart ass. Again, Satyr9 is commenting about your false remarks and not his experience.

If that's the case, then I really feel sorry for your students as you are clearly not capable of abstract thinking.

Read Satyr9, he said it best. I've taught inferential statistics. Have you? You clearly have nothing better to do than misinterpret my statements. There is no 'analysis'. Maybe you should share your experiences with AfroIntroductions rather than delude yourself into believing you are an expert in statistics. Get back to the Forum subject.

Ok smart guy, where in my statement am I stating that a sample size of 4 is being used to make an inference to the general population? Clearly there are other factors such as YOUR attitude. I bet you wouldn't even know which sampling distribution to use to make such an inference. There are 4 such sampling distributions, assuming the conditions of parametric statistics are met: t, F, chi-square, and the z distribution. It's the z distribution since one is making an inference from a sample statistic based on a percentage.

Since we don't have a representative sample here, one should use a non-parametric statistical test: Know which one to use dumb ass? Man, off topic or what.

I`ve had 4 girls from Afro Intro and have scored with all 4. It was wonderful. Sent them bus money to visit me in Kigali and bang, all 4 of them were great. Uganda chicks are wonderful. I highly recommend the site, just don`t be a psycho like me and mention 3somes. Stick to the gf stuff.

In Kabalagala there are many hotels, you can find surely one which will suit for your needs. My favourite is Pearl Guesthouse only 35000 USH for a double with shower and tv, no safe, no AC just fan, but the room is ok. Very noisy telling the truth, because the bars opposite are booming till morning. Absolutely girl friendly, the receptionist will just smile at you, if you take 1, 2 or 3 girls up in the room on the same night.

Besides Capitol pub there is an another hotel a little bit more expensive but no more than 50 USD. You can bargain hard, you have to know these hotels are full only in the peak season around Christmas and New Year.

Kabalagala is not a bad idea depending on the class of women you're after, but the Pearl Guest house is just too close to the action (ok, noise) to suit the comfort level of most individuals. Don't forget that De-Posh is RIGHT NEXT DOOR and they BLAST the music all night long. Not to mention the racket from the other pubs nearby! Better options are avail if you just walk up the hill from there towards (and into) Muyenga. Check out the SEB, Kenrock and Chez Johnson hotels just to name a few.
