If so - I hope that our timlines coincide, and so would welcome the opportunity of meeting and reviewing the local produce.

The entrance to the hotel is a small alley illustrating by the map. There is more hotels at that alley so its worth to check them too.
Some of them are newer.

So what is the best hotel anyway?
Price/value Girl friendly
Sure, but what about the distance to the main night club?
This is the most important fact, in this case the distance is 100m only to SAX bub.
No-one wants to walk with a girl at night or argue with a taxi driver for a deal at 3:00AM.
Stay close to your club no more then a minute walk. Outside SAX a lot of police hang around but they love to joke with tourist especially when they get a drink 4 free. (its not a must)

Nothing to hunt, students are suspicious and become more self assured. Coffee shops/ restaurants are not impresive with the quality.
For the first day Traffic and pollution will drive you to watch TV as the best option till 12: pm/1:00am which party are started at SAX.
Always is a good idea to keep there mobile numbers in case you will need an exta intertainment during daytime.
Don't forget to taste the barbecue at SAX. The trip worth it just for that.
Again you can find there every type of woman from all over east Africa.

More ladies then sand in the desert. All of them available some for free.
Accommodation? Ohhh so many and all of middle class are friendly.
The following map is indicating the location of the bar, marked as 73.

From Western Europe, and with my limited experience, the cheapest is Brussels Airlines, when you avoid, of course, summer time, but even now it's cheap: around 700€ for a round trip. I don't know why but the ticket is cheaper again when you buy it in Kampala or Entebbe than in Europe? You can also try the web site of Emirates.
