All these laws are BS and hardly enforceable as long as you can buy any (even original) piece of paper. Africans have a relaxed attitude to papers with good looking stamps on it. Birth certificates, passports, IDs, vaccine certificates, driving licenses. African lawmakers are good rolling out meaningful laws. Uganda in particular is hilarious. Not long ago they enacted a law that all private owned passenger cars have to undergo a yearly road worthiness test. The only drawback. There's only one such facility in the whole of Uganda.

There's 2 routes out of this dilemma. Either see above you buy the requisite paper. Or you just bribe the police.

They're too happy about all these bullshit laws. That just means more cash in their pockets..

I found two street brothels which I didn't prefer. I had some great girls from Capital and Rock Garden but the choice was slim.

I went to Capital Sunday 8. 30 pm. About a dozen people there, half of them on the pool tables. A taxi driver said the place had been rammed 10 pm on the previous Friday.

FYI, If you didn't know. I am currently in Tanzania and decided to visit Uganda today. My flight was booked through Ethiopian airlines several days ago. Ugandan government now requires that all visitors obtain their vias online prior to their trip. No more flying into Uganda and getting your visa there. An expensive lesson that could have been easily avoided if I had decided to see if there was new entry requirements into Uganda.

I wrote about the mandatory EVisa for Uganda months ago. Not really new. In effect since at least 6 months. They had to copy from Kenya. And exactly. There's loads of direct flights from DAR to EBB on Air Uganda and Air Tanzania 2 relatively new and expanding airlines. And as Amadeuss wrote. 3! PCR Tests to come and go. Good business for the test mafia. And even TZ is getting more restrictive with Visa extensions. I was lucky last year to get a total of three legal extensions. A total of 6 months. Now if you're lucky they give you one month. A total of 4 months. It's a travel minefield out there.

It's getting worse everywhere. I heard from my boots on the ground in Madagascar Visa extension from 2 to 3 months the immigration crooks charge now 200€. Which they pocket of course.

A negative PCR test result must be presented. The swab for the test must not be older than 72 hours.

On arrival you must take an additional PCR test at Entebbe Airport. The fee for the PCR test is $30.

You must apply for an e-Visa beforehand. Cost is 50.

On departure you must present another 72-hours PCR test.

And the girls require your dick to be at least a 7 incher. So that you can slap their pussies for katchabal. Otherwise they will kick you out from their bed.
