In Kenya you could have some top tier women for $40-$50 USD.
Excellent response. Thank you for not literally throwing me under the bus. I'm not going to mommie Kenya until they drop their Bell Biv DeVoe prerequisite whereas a negative PCR test isn't sufficient. Thank you again, Zak.).

I saw some loser British White guys living above me with Hattie McDaniels looking women here in UG (Kampala). Yuck. Back to EE I go, bro; I'm just waiting to for the day to rush down to Entebbe Airport to segue outwardly! BTW SA (RSA / South Africa) was way better for Xhosa and Zulu Black women. I'm not digging Central East African mongering. I'm sure DRC and CAR are the most aggressive hyperinflated market for p4 p in Sub-Saharan Africa. I'm good thanks.

There's 2 routes out of this dilemma. Either see above you buy the requisite paper. Or you just bribe the police.

They're too happy about all these bullshit laws. That just means more cash in their pockets..

    Where's all the action?

I found two street brothels which I didn't prefer. I had some great girls from Capital and Rock Garden but the choice was slim.

I repeatedly asked the boda boda drivers, they didn't help. Several women including hotel staf tried me for $100 which I refused.

I visited several other disco's where I didn't find anyone.

Even though this was some of the best sex so far this was a major disappointment, I expected woman lining up. How do I find more girls? What did I miss?

    Capital Pub

I went to Capital Sunday 8. 30 pm. About a dozen people there, half of them on the pool tables. A taxi driver said the place had been rammed 10 pm on the previous Friday.

Went to Rock Garden. Closed Sundays. Went to Bubbles. Closed Sundays. The night before, (Saturday) Bubbles was busy.

Went to Casablanca about 1 am Saturday / Sunday and we were literally the only people there. Big Mike's shut down.

I wrote about the mandatory EVisa for Uganda months ago. Not really new. In effect since at least 6 months. They had to copy from Kenya. And exactly. There's loads of direct flights from DAR to EBB on Air Uganda and Air Tanzania 2 relatively new and expanding airlines. And as Amadeuss wrote. 3! PCR Tests to come and go. Good business for the test mafia. And even TZ is getting more restrictive with Visa extensions. I was lucky last year to get a total of three legal extensions. A total of 6 months. Now if you're lucky they give you one month. A total of 4 months. It's a travel minefield out there.

It's getting worse everywhere. I heard from my boots on the ground in Madagascar Visa extension from 2 to 3 months the immigration crooks charge now 200€. Which they pocket of course.

Just read my info 12 days ago. Its meanwhile common knowledge tat you have to apply online. Its actually an easy process.

And then, flying with Ethiopian Air from Dar via Addis nach Entebbe --what a joke. So many direct flights available.

Info to at SparrowHawk: Capital Pub is open again since a few weeks. No curfew at the moment.

A negative PCR test result must be presented. The swab for the test must not be older than 72 hours.

On arrival you must take an additional PCR test at Entebbe Airport. The fee for the PCR test is $30.

You must apply for an e-Visa beforehand. Cost is 50.

On departure you must present another 72-hours PCR test.

And the girls require your dick to be at least a 7 incher. So that you can slap their pussies for katchabal. Otherwise they will kick you out from their bed.

You are not a paying member here and no one can contact you to be up for something.

I do hear from the Ugandan ladies that in general they are not keen on sandwiches. They are possessive and want that she is the only one.

On the other side, one can be married legally there with 2 wives. However, they must live in different towns and every of the women shall have their own house.
