It was a good trip. Extraordinary? No.

First time in Africa, so can I compare? No.

Is it cheap? Not really, I think when you can stay there for months it could get cheaper, more time to explore.
Really looking good types of girls you must pay, at least 60 USD. Those free lunches guys we're telling me, I didn't encounter...

Clubs like illusion, cyclo and guvernor, nothing special, uninterested working girls ticking on their smartphones...

To fulfil the promise:

Jo-Burg: the most unsafe town, except you stay in the fenced in estates or you got a local driver taking you secure from A to be. Discos for the newly rich (Daddy got money from. Make a guess.). Fun only through escorts: there are dozens of webpages where you can order from. Asking prices from 200 $ an hour. Any race, any colour.

All in all: not to compare with Kampala.

Is Johannesburg worth a trip also? Is the barrel leaking with fish like Kampala, or is it more conservative?

I thoroughly enjoy Neddy's posts, as they remind me of the 10 years or so I spent working in about 15 African countries off and on. It's been 12 years or so since I was back there, but it doesn't appear that anything much has changed. Africa has always been a place for the adventurer who is unafraid to blaze his own trails.

Neddy, keep posting. I'm old now and will likely not return there, but your posts do give me a vicarious thrill.

GE, I would personally like to thank you for all of your earlier contributions to this thread! They were a great resource for me as I considered making my first trip to Uganda. During my many years there off and on I contributed a wealth of information here under several different handles. Like you, all aimed at giving an honest and detailed perspective on mongering in Uganda.

Eheheheheh better late than never I stay at tick hotel 9 days I thought it was a good hotel the breakfast was fine and the rooms were nice the air con worked and I had hot water for my shower two problem was the location was kinda far from the action so I move to a appt close to Acacia Mall I had around ten clubs and disco within walking distance. The other problem is I like to have a safe in the room I would probably stay there again it was very quiet and I slept good. My appt close to the mall was hard to sleep on the weekend with all the clubs close by.

That's like saying that Sabina Joy in Nairobi isn't a brothel yet every girl including the staff is available and there's accommodation in the back.

They are brothels in all but name. Respectable women. LOL. Of course. As brothels are illegal in Kenya they don't exist. Hahaha. And of course there is no malayas. Only respectable girls in need of transportation fees. Same system everywhere in subsaharan Africa.

Hey GE. Pleasure. Age is just a number. Get a ticket and get the hell out of wherever your sexprison is. Here I met fit 82!! year old guys. Young chics is what keeps you young. The unspoiled natural food. Fresh fish and produce from the local markets. Here I love the vanilla flavoured rum. Decent espressos everywhere. The finer things of life.

Of course they're freelancers but everyone knows there's certain bars that no respectable woman goes to. In Kenya especially in the CBD there's bar / restuarant / hotel / butchershops They're not technically brothels in the FKK sense but they're places where you can meet working girls and fuck them on site.

I remember talking to a cabbie in TZ and he told me that he paid 10 to 13 grand per fuck and that that was high for him. He wasn't bragging he was complaining.

10 thousand Tshillings is less than 5 dollars.

Granted in Mada french speakers have a leg up, but what about Uganda or TZ? Is it an experience thing or do you go out of your way specifically?

What I mean by going out of your way is going to joints that cater to only locals or fucking short time one position one nut situations? I like the idea of a quickie when I need relief but I prefer beautiful girls who can hold a simple conversation who's ok with an all night multipop session.

So far it seems like chicks rate themselves pretty well, You go to an upscale spot you're going to pay more but you get better looks and better performance.
