If you been living there for a while, which hotel below 50. -$ got the best location for those pick-up places. With no joiner fee or too strict controls? From Cayenne it's quite a distance to RockGarden.

Go to Kabalagala. Around Capital Pub. Young and sweet ones. Or around William Street. Top Pub. Around some ST places with Ruandan and Burundi hookers. Youll not be disappointed. Kampala is full with refugees from South Sudan or Eritrea looking for a quick buck. IMHO beats Nairobi in terms of prices and night life. Cayenne Rock Garden bargain harder. Perceived higher price venues. In Kaba I never paid more than 30 k ugx ST and 50k ugx full night. William in the ST joints 10k ugx. Leave all your valuables at your room. Joiner fees ? Whats that. hehe. You pay per room usually there is a double bed. Plenty of cheap guest houses around Kaba in the 10 to 15 $ range run by Eritreans and Ethiopians. IMHO most hotels not worth paying 50$. William I liked the Pacific.

Cayenne is a higher-end venue than most in Kampala. Students choose it for two reasons. First, should they be seen there by friends, classmates or even family members, eyebrows will not be raised as much as if they are seen at somewhere like Rock Gardens, Bubbles or anywhere in Kabalagala for instance. And secondly, because of the presumed higher end and likely foreign male clientele, they anticipate getting more for their services.

I spend some long time in Kampala in the end of 2015 and start of 2016, and I really liked the place, if there would be ocean and beach I would go there all the time instead of Mombasa.

What was very troublesome there for me however, was that girls did not want to admit that they are sex workers.

I was picking my girls from Cayenne club, since it was near my hotel. When I met some girl first time, they were insisting that they are students, and not looking for guy for money. I knew of course that they want to go to sleep with me because of money, and I wanted to clear the deal before taking girl to my hotel, like how much it costs, what time she will leave, what kind of sex, etc. But since they were playing good girls, this kind of negotiation was not possible. So I just took them, and then in the morning I had to fight with them how much money I have to pay. Usually it went smoothly, sometimes problems. Maybe they were hoping to get boyfriend / husband?

Furthermore, most Ugandan students don't consider themselves as working girls as they more equate those who do it for a living are. They view it as merely supplementing what their parents and or sugar daddy's give them for school and other expenses. They also don't want to discuss sex acts in the open as they don't feel comfortable with it, or in many cases, know the terminology you're using and more importantly, don't want to say anything that would possibly eliminate them from contention. This also pertains to payment. They don't want to leave anything on the table, so they are relying on your generosity in the morning. Of course, when expectations don't meet reality, issues are bound to happen.

To that end, keep in mind that all of Africa and most of the rest of the world, except for Europe, the USA and Canada are male dominated societies in where you have the advantage over working girls in terms of things going bad in the morning and how you determine the outcome.

Having spent considerable time in both, after spending 3 weeks in Kampala you'll wish you were right back there after just one night in ebbs.

Yes, you can find something in ebbs, but you are in a very small (not to mention expensive) town with limited venues, of which only one or two will have any decent number of girls.

I think you read further back thru the forum, there's more on ebbs consistent with my assessment.

Sometimes it was funny, like girl who said that she had studied economics three years, but did not know what is debit and credit. Or other girl, who I had seen every night in Cayenne, for many weeks. When I finally talked her, she told me that she had come from Burundi yesterday to see relatives, and tomorrow she will leave, so I have only chance tonight to be with her.

Burundi girls (or was it Rwanda? They came there in that Christmas / New Year time, thinking that they will dig a lot of gold. When they saw me, a musungu man, they were asking crazy prizes, like hundred of dollars. Maybe they will come there this new year again.

Wishing to visit Kampala again, that is my personal favourite in Africa after Mombasa. Lot of good memories from there, lot of pretty girls.

Cayenne club seem to be open still, I looked from internet. But I don't know what kind of place it is nowadays, and is there girls available.

I've not been to Uganda but spend a lot of time in Kenya, I very much doubt if your in Africa you can not find a girl, no matter what city or village your in there will be plenty available.

Anyone in Kampala now? How is the situation due to the protests?

What protests? Because of Robert Kyangulani aka. Bobi Wine? He is cleared to fly to the US for treatment. I was there last year when they were rioting in parliament. In Kamwokya there was some rioting. No effect on night life in Kabalagala. But Ill be on the ground in 5 weeks.

You can talk with girls everywhere at uganda and its quiet easy to get their numbers. I would said if you are mzungu and make some conversation with a girls 60-80 percent will give you her number easy. Its many normal girls around who will be happy to spend time with you and show you GF expierence.

Thanks for that. I knew Uganda was a catholic country. Was just noticing quite a few ladies in head scarves and saying they are Muslim on tagged.
