If you are doing business in a shithole like this you will expect a certain return for your risk, commensurate with the risk, like 150%. And given that few people can afford this stuff to start with, and if you add to this the monopoly situation, well. Life turns expensive quickly, lets make this profit a 350%. This is the macro side of things: Constrained supply, limited demand, high-risk, illiquid market.

Now is the micro aspect. You are a bloody tourist. Tourists always pay a dummy premium. Now the girls also want the nice (imported stuff) that means getting money somehow. Your white dick and no matter if your skin is black, a EU / USA passport magically turns your dick white, is the shortest path to those goods. That is the only reason the girls will fuck you, because of the money. You are a walking jackpot, and a jackpot needs to be worthy.

i have already wrote to you as new bee in that area you need a guide and guard otherwise you are robbed before you know special when you want to go to the villages.

my advise is when you go to drc do like every body there buy a good pistol before you go to the small villages and hire a security men or two.

i go many times to drc and have my own security men special in the rural area.

this is my first report from the congo. looks like i will be here for awhile so you will see a few more from me. i will say brazzavilee is not a cheap place. i can shop in the usa alot cheaper than here in brazzaville. i dn't know how the people make it here.

Fine quality ladies are luxury products like imported goods. That's why they are so expensive. I'm sure you will find very cheap ladies too. But they will be far below the standard you are willing to accept.

Stayed the other night in the Hotel Cosmopolite in Lubumbashi in the Katanga Province (south) of the DRC. The hotel was expensive (US$ 150 / night single) but everything is expensive here. A steak and chips at a restaurant was $32, coke for $2. Pick up a girl from the street for $40 for a short time and the service was not great but I was horny as hell. A problem is the language ( mostly French) for a foreigner. No probem from the hotel to bring the girl in for a short time.
