For parking, coming from downtown, if you go past FTM, total, and a Pharmacy, you'll find a church on the left which has (paid) parking.

Malagasy authorities have closed the border, no foreigners are allowed to enter at this time. (In French - https://lexpress.mg/22/04/2021/trans...-de-letranger/).

The six regions most heavily affected by COVID (Analamanga. Region of Antanananarivo, Boeny, Atsinanana, Sava, Sofia, and Nosy Be) are locked down on the weekends, and there's a curfew in place from 21:00 to 04:00 during the week. First time poster here. I have read 2, maybe in some threads, 3 years going back from the entire Africa forum, and I am almost finished. However, I have only read the past 16 or 18 months, going back on this thread. Its just really long.

I have too say this is one of the most interesting. And yea I do have this time. Yea, I really want to visit this country. It took maybe 2 months, and I have not read every thread. I still have two or three more countries to read up on in the Africa section. The covid time I have is crazy.

It's amusing to see they are bitching about the "high" cost of Nosy Be. Yes it is the most expensive place in Mada but still cheap compared to NY, Singapore, Paris or any of dozens more places. They should be happy to be "stuck" there compared to many other countries. As for the 100 K test, cheap as chips. I will have to spend around 750 K at Seatac for a test just to get back into Canada. Greedy fuckers.
