If you want to go this year, book now!

I observe the fares regularly and just saw an increase by AF from August of about 50 EU for the rtn ticket. Now about 800 EU for the autumn flights.

Neos Charter from Italy direct to NosyBe is about 900. -

The only additional flights are coming up with Ais Austral via Reunion. But they are never cheap, above 1000 EU.

TA, AirMaur, KenyaAir. Not approved yet.

Ethiopian could get a permit for NosyBe. But the Mada minister in charge wanted to get 2 seats on every flight for their own personnel to check the handcarry luggage during the flight (because of the 75 kg gold smuggling from their treasure last year) For sure Ethiopian refused.

Prices won't fall this year anymore for reasons we all know.

    From Bangkok?

No I used to live in Cambodia so I flew with Air Mauritius via KL and Singapore. Around 10 hours all in and normally cost under a 1000 US return! Damn good. I am patiently waiting for that route to reopen and I still return to SEA as my old stomping grounds. I am hopeful that they restart before I want to go as travel via Europe is bloody expensive and not exactly convenient. Last time 2 back to back 10 hour flights and no sleep for 2 days just about did my head in.

There's actually flights on their website but I see only packages.

Still looking at August for my return. Please let nothing more fuck things up!
Flights in July and August are prohibitive expensive. Are you planning to fly from Bangkok? Even before COVID I never flew July and August. Cheapest from Europe was always Air France, depending from which gateway city I fly. Now I see nothing lower than around 1000 Euros. When I fly to Mada it'll be either April or October. I always managed to find return flight around 650 to 700 Euros. But that's really rock bottom. Ethiopian worked out too expensive for me. Most direct flight still the good ol' Air France. Long haul. Good food and good board service. The only horror is change flights at De Gaulle. Took hours to pass through security.

Madagascar. Hard to get to. Hard to leave.

    La Buse.

Tipp. I flew back on Dec 24th and Jan 31st. Rock bottom price as nobody flies on these dates. LOL. Had a great Christmas party 2019. All Stewardesses even captain were running around with Santa Claus head gear.

How I know I am not working in the City Council. But.

I saw many SUV /4 X4/ Pickup trucks in the evening next to the bar area, traffic jams from those cars were intense. Some peoples got money.

On the other hand the level of poverty increased dramatically, I would say that it's easier to get rid of cancer then girls in the clubs. They will follow you to your room even if you reject them.

From Toliara I took two separate flights to Nosy with a stop over for a few days in Tana. I found a new mongering area in Tana so it keeps me busy. Price of domestic flights are in the moon.

    Excellent news

With the world recovering from covid insanity Madagascar seems to follow with relaxing their entry rules. Now antigen test on arrival which is a huge upgrade in comparison to the pcr test and prebooked hotel IMO.

    Saturday Nosybe nightlife surprises me.

Went out Saturday at 22.00 pm. And could believe many girls inside taxibe, biliard bar and even some standing outside like good old times similar at low season few years ago. Collected 5 facebook contacts and start to chat with girls offering 30 k for short time all 5 agree instantly come my hotel when I want Its just shows how they desperate for money without tourist. I am pretty sure they even agree 20 k for short time but for me this amount sounds like take advantages of situation 10 k more or less not make big deal for me but for girls does.

Blowjobs on the beach at night for 10 k from taxibe, biliard bar girls or the girls who walks at night its still on the list. Get it from 2 diffrent girls with cum in the mouth two nights in a row. Its romantic to sit at the beach look at the stars when girl is blowing for you.

Pity its just on weekends more busy here and on weekdays becomes a bit calm again but if you plan a bit can have new girls everyday.

Some part of the city was transformed to something like las Vegas of Mada look brand new with zero sand. I will add old photo for comparison.

Mangily? No! Its bloody hot for a room without A/C and no reason to leave Toliara that has tons of girls.

Now I wait for the question. Anyone has been in toliara?
Did you mean the old Recife hotel or the newer one Recife Annex? The newer one has a dirt road that leads up to it and it floods really bad during rainy sea.

Yes. You said it. Cyclone season doesn't make any difference to YOU. Ask the 200.000 people who lost everything on the east coast. Of course Nosy Be is usually not as affected. Your business if you like to spend 36 hours in Taxi Brousse instead of 24 hours. Of course the pussy is there. Where should it go. For me the problem is not normal rain but torrential rains which sweeps away bridges and roads and damages them or makes them unpassable for weeks on, so you can travel at a snails pace. Travel in Cyclone season can and does wreck or delay your travel plans. Therefore I'll never recommend traveling to Mada during the period end of December till end of March.

I never paid more than 700. To TNR. It's a market. During Cyclone season most girls head back to their families. Most are from Antalaha and Sambave region. To travel around during peak rainy season is the worst time to visit Mada. But everybody to his own. I'm planning for July 22 to head back to Mama Africa. But most likely it'll be Tanzania Kenya or Uganda. Even in normal times for me the best times to visit MADA are April or October. Usually cheap Air France flights. July August peak holiday season for French Tourists and Malgache.

    La Buse.

And Pizza gastronomy. Worst junk food in Mada. Unedible. Any Gargotte is better.
