Seems you still living in stone age!! 90-95 percent of malagashy girls has facebooks even so many doing tiktoks now. I even can't remember if I ever meet the one who not have facebook. Just because a girl is poor is no excuse to take advantage of her. A girl innocently creates a facebook profile. You see it and her picture excites you, excites your discerning taste. Never really thought of Nosy be as a 'sex tourist' destination. It's small, most of the guys are old French and Italian, and are there as it has the mediterranean-like climate. For what you're looking for, I'd say it's more likely to be found in the former-British colonies than the French african ones.
