Hostile to newcomers? / disappointed by community

I get the feeling newcomers like me are having a hard time getting some answers they need.

I've been a guest for since 2018 on this forum and a registered member for 2 years.

Finally I made the choice to pay for a membership to communicate with fellow members, but to be honest it hasn't paid off.

All of my posts and questions in this thread have been ignored without response, also private messages I wrote to other forum members.

I will travel to Madagascar very soon and I could write my first reports that I can share here.

But the more time passes I'm getting more and more disappointed by the community because I feel the negative attitude towards new forum members who are just starting out with mongering and can't compete against the real OG's (senior members) of this forum.

Also, if you read the last 5 pages alone you get the sense of bitterness, too many hate comments instead of constructive discussions.

I know it's all about status for you, but please be open to others and offer help. Otherwise, what's the point of this site. If insiders keep all the valuable information and secrets themselves, what do I need a forum for.

I want to contribute to this forum and write reports to help others out after my upcoming trip, but again, who should I contribute to, if everyone is acting like they are too important to reply.

Please don't destroy internationalsexguide. NL and bring back the times 2018-2019 where people would actually help out another.

    Thank you.

That's what is all about for a monger.

Ever since my first visit I read and watched a lot about Madagascar and I am more and more convinced that I am not interested to experience what some in the community call, refer to " the real Madagascar " .

I have never been to Mada but you more than likely got your tummy trouble from the water. I always got dodgy tummy when travelling years back (ruins everything) but I cured this by boosting my immune system prior to departure. Carry immune system boosting supplements. The food is cooked in untreated water, stick to bottled water and don't use ice blocks in your drinks.

    All the best.

I wonder what the "African-American" men did about the language barrier.

Thank you for flight information from phils saves me a lot of research.
    You are most welcome.

I don't know about the African-Americans, I doubt they spoke French, my guess is that they also used a translate app.

It was the Maison Ylang hotel in Ambatoloaka.

But I suggest you confirm their visitor policy BEFORE you make a booking. After the little 'drama' I had with the 2 girls, they told me they will be reviewing their visitor policy.

A very memorable last night in Nosy Be

I went out for meal on my last night in Nosy Be, and chose a restaurant that I had yet to visit. I got talking (via the google translate app) with one of the waitresses and I arranged to meet her after the restaurant closed at 10pm. She is 25 with a 16-month-old baby boy. We met up and went out for a late meal, then I asked her to come and stay with me that night, she agreed and we went back to my hotel. I asked her what time she had to leave, she said 8am which was fine by me. Just before we went to sleep she asked me if I could help her to buy something for her son, I said yes and we would discuss it in the morning.

She left the next morning just before 8am, and before she left I offered her 50k to 'help buy some clothes' for her son. She smiled, and sweetly asked if I could help a bit more. I offered another 20k and her face lit up, and she whispered "merci beaucoup" as I handed her the money. Did I overpay? I don't think so.

It was a very memorable last night in Nosy Be.

I was in Madagascar for about 3 weeks. It was my first visit and obviously not enough time to find the 'real' Madagascar, but I really had a great time (despite being an English guy who does NOT speak French!) and met some really nice girls.

After I left Nosy Be I went to Toa and Tana for a few days and had a nice session with a girl in Toa, I'll post some more pics in a few days.

I am in Nosy Be-Ambatoloaka currently and the place is full of girls and not so many punters. The one I picked on my first night has latched on by giving me her anal virginity on the 2nd day and sleeping with me and another girl on the 3rd day. Money was never talked, so I am not sure if they are full pros or not but I give them pocket change in the morning and they seem happy and don't want to leave and we go to the beach together and have lazy impromptu sex all the time, which is about the only thing to do here. The drag has been the intermitent power cuts and I a digestive track disturbance I caught not sure if from water, food, or licking them.

    I.

I go to the beach with the girls, but it gets boring here fast.

Is there another forum member currently around here who would like to have a beer with me? I usually go down to Taxi Be around 10.

I don't know what the two guys said to the girls but barely a minute later the girls quietly got up and left the room. Then they were escorted out of the hotel, no back chat, no shouting, no loud voices, drama thankfully over!
That seems to be the hotel I was looking for: You can take two girls at the same time to you room. And if there are problems they help you!

Right, learning Malagasy is obviously the best choice when trying to get to know the "REAL Madagascar". To be totally honest I am not interested in anything French if it will somehow get me closer to some Malagasy women I may entertain learning some French, but one does not typically learn a countries 2nd language to get a better understanding of it. If I go to Madagascar and it clicks with me I of course will spend sometime investing in the culture but for a 2-4 week visit seems like a fools errand. Glad to hear you are having success.

    God bless America.

To learn Malagasy is sort of waste of time. Which dialect? A mate of mine speaks east coast dialect. Now he lives on west coast. Nobody understands him there. The predominantly dialect is Merina in the haute plateau. But they don't like that dialect on coast. And the administrative language is french. Learn French first and basic Malagasy should suffice. I don't bother learn beyond that. Why? Outside Madagascar malagasy is of zero use. I learn Kiswahili. That makes sense.
