    Manson and bar scroll.

Visit yesterday Saturday at midnight. Place was full can not move, so so looking girls maybe better then any working girls in other cities but day and night with supermodel students that you can find in Kampala Uganda for example. In fact I took nothing.

The worst part was the street kids outside the place each one holding another one year baby. Total 6 kids holding babies were run after me for 100 meter distance. More clubs in the basement next to shoprite here https://goo.gl/maps/QTuNa4Mcqpv and also full of girls some street girls near.

I Came to Tana from two weeks in Majunga and the "port du mer" has many girls hunting, some with questionable age. The common of all cites is all girls look very hardcore and very little chance to get better quality as you can easily pick any girls in some of the east african countries. Anyway "La Suite 101" club in Tana is live and kicking its near my hotel.

https://goo.gl/maps/wEGHL1wE39r there also local bar opposite the club around here https://goo.gl/maps/LidNBKASSPH2 this area has less beggars and more easy to breath.

One last things two police try to stop me walking asking passport I didn't stop and keep walking fast. While walking away told them that its in my hotel room, then one was asking which hotel I told him the name while increasing my speed as I disappeared. Since I have a week now before my bahir dar trip I will try some MP around this area.

--Anywhere, depending on your budget. No hotel ask for joiner fee, only ID of the girl

    2. Where is the action at? Clubs, cafes, WG streets, etc.
--Read the forum... so many places are explained. Depends all on your preferences.

    3. And what about the girls? I'the like to hang with a slender young girl with minimum body damage. Where should I look? What can I expect?
---Anywhere -- if you able to pick up a girl in your home country, you definitely can do it in Mada as well

    4. Prices seem very low by comparison to other destinations. How much is a typical punt?
--for a newcomer as you are : 100.000 MGA, which is just 25 EU. So what..
once you read the reports here, you will find great infos how to negotiate further.

    5. Finally, do I need to get a visa beforehand or is it easily available upon arrival?
---Was just written about a few topics down the thread

Please PM me if you not feel like sharing with everyone on the board.
---Why? this board is to exchange infos but not to hide them

I am well-informed about other venues in Asia and Europe if can be of help to you.
---Thanks, No need--we can read ISG
And if you have a specific question which was not answered here before, I think most of the oldtimers will be happy to help.

    Got it?

SunCity Hotel two buildings up the hill from Sakamanga has nice clean rooms for 70 k and suites for about 100 k. And it is a short walk to Manson. Very girl friendly, half the time you can slip up to your room without them asking for your girls ID.

    Help planning trip

I have yet to visit Madagascar and am thinking about going later this spring. BUT I know nothing about this country and respectfully am asking board members for help in making my stay as enjoyable as possible. As usual, I have precious little time. I can stay for max one week. So I will not have time to travel around much. I gather that Toamasina is relatively close by so I can take a bus? Are there other destinations that can be reached by bus in a few hours?

There is a direct flight to Antananarivo from Europe so I am thinking I'll stay put there. But then I think maybe Nosy Bee might be better even if I have to make a connection somewhere en route. What sayeth you?

My questions are a typical newbies so I ask for your indulgence. I should add that I speak fluent French.

    1. Where should I stay? Which hotels are GF friendly? Do I need to pay a joiner fee?

    2. Where is the action at? Clubs, cafes, WG streets, etc.

    3. And what about the girls? I'the like to hang with a slender young girl with minimum body damage. Where should I look? What can I expect? The reports on this board sound very enticing.

Best method to wait in the reception. Tana is a dump you walk you fall to a hole or peoples will spit without looking and the worst part is that in the mainland Africa there are better looking girls.

I would say a well plan trip for 3 weeks is fine. I have 10 days more now from my 2 month trip. Next destination Bhair Dar Etiopia.

According to my sources the validity of the visa was only 2 months during the elections period. It s back to normal now. You can have 3 months visa again at the airport until further notice so nothing to worry about for those who want to stay long time here.

No three month visa, no problem. Six weeks in Mada plenty of time.

Maybe a little more light will shine on the topic after a few guys arrive and actually try to get a 3 month. If they bother to post. I guess I will just wait and see. Might motivate me try another country in Africa. Who knows.

Saves the hassle at the airport too.

Where did you end up after Nosy Be or was that the end of your stay?
Well it seems the Immigration Department is slightly confused. A mate of mine also got 2 months end of December. After Nosy Be I spent 3 weeks in Tana. See my posts. I didn't like the city in particular but was too lazy to explore any other places as I had 2 really nice chics.

A personal friend of mine did it in December and he is not a liar OK? Believe it or not up to you.

Last news today another friend just arrived directly at Majunga and got a 3 months visa on arrival.

Again don't believe what you see on the French link.
I did a check here from France on Mada Embassy web site and on visa-en-ligne.com, both says that for tourists visa can be of 1, 2 or 3 months.

But on the ground things can vary a lot....

No, only in Tana other wise they will send you around until you run.

In Tana the extension is nightmare. Anyway Mada now has nothing to offer I think its my last trip and I am already two month on the ground.
