After the first fife days Tana I headed to Tamatave by cotisse transport premium, wich I booked by telephone ahead. Premium ist not needed as for later I preferd taxi brousse anyway in most cases.

The travel ist not too scenic and the road is in bad condition but we arrived in Toasamina and I got a room in Joffre. You will find a place to stay anywhere, but if you have certain ideas, book ahead since tamatave is "booming" and one of my choices was "plein" - full.

Hit the road down and went to La Terrasse for diner. Good selection of food for reasonable price. Lots of expats in bad mental shape, tensions mangst them can bee heard and seen. Some fortunate very friendly ones too for good talks about.

Its getting slower and slower every time this trips. 20 hours from tana to ambanja just dream now I was close to city antsohihy at 9 am morning so decided to stop here for one night.
