I mean when you are staying at the Hennessy hotel ask the male staff but be a little discreet. All hotel staff around the world know places and are there to help you. A small tip goes a long way.

The place is down a corridor with 1-2 shops on either side, turn left (S&S is painted on the wall) up the stairs and an old dirty orange colored steel door: it looks more like an abandoned office or storeroom. If it is open you will see a desk and sofa, with the boss, a fat man often without a shirt. The man is known for hurrying you to finish and shortchanging you on time.
