Went searching for the place earlier today and found it easily following the directions in the other posts.

Coming from QB on Palma Road, just after the Indian Oil filling (which is on your right hand side) there is a speed bump.

Just after this, again on the right hand side, there is a low fence and then an entrance with a small parking in front a building.

I parked in the parking in front and that's OK as people driving past don't have time to look in, but I think there is a parking in the back also.
