I might be there in a day or two. I had a booking which was cancelled since my visa got delayed. It was a 3 room villa, and she was going to offer me a room there.

However, now the same lady booked a room in a place named crocodile guest house for me, I think its somewhere in the same area(Midrand) which is next to Sandton, I heard on 15 min drive.

I booked it for 2 days as of now, since I did not see the place yet. But they gave me 400 rands a day. Which I think will be able to negotiate once I am there.

What I have seen is there are so many guest houses, in Jo'berg, however you need to be there once and see for yourself, if you are going to be there for a month or so. Hope it helps!

Yes 2010 is only a few days to go and the soccer fever is just going to grow! What the effect on the economy will be is anyone's guess.
