My two cents from someone who has been there many times. I would book the Holiday Inn or even something at the airport, just in case or there are a string of nice hotels in Sandton where you can find lots of ladies, or a agency or two. Check sextrader. protea balalaika, holiday inn among others.

Sadly you are changing planes in Joburg, cause if you were doing same in Cape Town, you could go to Body Heat website, they seem to offer an overnight option out of the airport (pick up, girl, etc etc).

If you go to Joburg and decide on clubs instead of an indie, Papillon is pretty good. Most of the agency/club/houses are small affairs, 4 to 10 ladies in a reconverted house. I can't remember too many names at this point, but have visited the Papillon on numerous occasions with good results. Here is a long report of a trip I took several years ago. It won’t help you with current prices or hot clubs, but some of the information might still be useful or it might just be entertaining.
