Paid a visit to Marco Polo few weekends ago, was very dissapointed, the place is run down and some reconstruction work is going on in main bar area. Some very tired looking girls working the joint nothing over 3/10 one white girl way past her best if she ever had a best. Beer was reasonable price but atmosphere was terrable and I have been to some pretty rough places in my time. Was offered full house by numerous girls for starting price of 500 ZAR around 50 USD was not tempted by any of them they all looked too hard core and I am normaly not picky.

I guess its horses for courses but I for one won't be wasting my time there again, suggest fellow punters don't either.

Be prepared to pay R100+ per hour for the room. Your safety should be fine, just use common sense and you can usually gauge by the cleanliness of the rooms as to whether this is suitable to you.

This is probably the best country I've been to where it's so easy to score free pussy. Who can explain me why the prices girls charging in South Africa is on the high end? I read of 1000 rand and up, gosh is like 100$ USD. I'm comparing it to Kenya for example where you can fuck for 15-20 USD.

Not in SA, but I've tipped excessively if the service was top notch and I plan to repeat. This way I ensure I get better service each time I see her.
