The City Lodge V & A is a nice little 3 stars hotel. Rooms are very nice, on par with even 4 and 5 star hotel rooms. The hotel is girl-friendly although if the girl spends the night you might be charged for the extra person.

Just back from a trip to SA that included a week in Cape Town. I don’t see a lot about Durban on the forum, and have never seen much at all about the massage parlors in town. I sampled this part of the action a couple of summers ago, so things may have changed, but I enjoyed myself and it may still be something worthwhile to explore. I made my rounds over the course of three afternoons; nighttime visits would be better made, for safety reasons, by getting dropped off by a taxi.

The women I spotted standing outside a couple of the massage parlors I walked past, and those in the reception area at another mp where I briefly stopped inside, were all white, in their 30s to 40s, typically tattooed and pierced, and not especially attractive. That’s not very encouraging, I know, but the one place I did sample gave me an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend seeking it out.
