Is it true that Crystal Palace is also dry? .

I can reply about this part only.

I confirm that Crystal palace is totally dry. I check myself last week when I was in Bahrain.

Even it's price online is very low. Don't make any booking now.

4 Months are long period of time and many changes cauldron happen.

Better get an update from here at least 2 weeks before coming.

If I'm in Bahrain near this time I will keep you updated.

You obviously are not familiar with the hot spots. Any experienced monger in Bahrain knows that Phoenicia was the heart of Bahrain's mongering scene in the sense that it attracted the richest Arabs of the GCC, when it has been shutdown along with other well known spots for a few months now, there is nothing exaggerated about the situation at all.

I think he is talking more about the nightlife / bars as opposed to the Brothotels like Phoenicia, etc.

I will be in Bahrain after like a 4 month break this weekend and have not booked any hotel in advance. Can someone there point me in the right direction as to which hotel / apt have a good variety of girls? Is it true that Crystal Palace is also dry? How about Arman? Any advice would be appreciated, you can post here or PM me.

I agree with Marad, the situation is not as bad as some have suggested.

Boomers was busy & I've heard that Rockys, after banning US servicemen for a time is back to normal.

Diggers in town is still busy with a great band.

Matchpoint a few qeeks ago was devoid of girls, but that was the only downside.

Methinks the stories of the demise of Bahrain nightlife are premature and exaggerated.

Thanks for the updated FR! Very shocking situation I must say! I never expected there would be such a crackdown in Bahrain, I don't get what is behind that. I mean they need tourists to come to Bahrain. If this continues, I'm sure the traffic on the causeway will be a lot less and people will just be heading to Dubai more often.

Surprised to see such state of affairs for pleasure scene. Came back to BBahrain after about 2 weeks and contacted few of my regulars. They did not mention any problems. Also actually took one for one hour yesterday and called her to my usual hotel in Juffair. She came without any problem and had good time. When asked about business she did mention that is is down and not many clients in her regular bar. On the contrary she said too many new girls. So I got quite a different picture though I have not visited any bar in a while.

As I mentioned earlier, I went to Bahrain last weekend, and here below are the findings:

1- Big fuck up happened. I checked with a regular I know, she told me that she is in Samada hotel in Hoora. This happened on last Tuesday. Then I said every thing is fine, let's book in it for the Thursday and see my girl.

Booking done online with price in normal brackets. One girl I know is already there what can go wrong.

Thursday after work, car full tank with petrol heading to Bahrain, crossing the boarder, then to the hotel.

Then guess what? Complete fuck up, the hotel was closed. The police raid them the night before, catching all the girl there.

This was very strange for me. I now on the street lost my booking. After some fighting with the online booking company.

I will make another booking.

2- I said let's go back to original plan, go to Juffair and check the hotels, making booking in the one have girls. And guess what? Juffair is completely dry like a desert. I check crystal palace and many neighbouring hotels, all of them are dry.

I even notice many buildings have some Indians or Bangali's sitting in the front of the building, they also have nothing.

Finally I went back to Hoora, trying the fuck flats, some of them are closed, some are open.

No body knows what is going on.

To me it is obvious these are permanent changes. All those spots been closed and cleaned up since before July. It's now November and it's clear this will be the "new" way going forward.

No working girls in any hotel in Juffair plus they refuse to come to any hotel there. Also some furnished apartments closed.

In the other hand, Hoora is still fine, fuck flats and hotels still have WGs, but rumors say they will close also.

If anyone planning to visit Bahrain just wait couple of weeks until the things are clear.

May be the cost will be higher, but better than disappointment and losing the booking money.

Plus the headache of checking many hotels and the waste of time. But still the safest solution in such conditions.

Second point you mentioned the fuck flats, sorry for what is coming, may be I will be like an idiot.

I'm in KSA from the last one year, and I learnt alot from reading the forum and trying every thing alone, as I'm normally coming alone.

What I understood is that we have the hotels in Juffair, and the brothotels in hoora, which is hotels and furnished apartments which have girls.

What are those Fuck flats?? Are they the furnished apartments which I know or something else?.

FuckFlat = Furnished apartment in wHoora. Just look for a furnished apartment in wHoora and ask the Indian / Bengali guy sitting outside if they have girls or not, he will guide you.

As BloodRed said, better not to book in advance. Check out on ground, book if acceptable girls wise & report back on your findings;.

I'd also recommend that given the current situation, your best bet is online ads. Its what I would do. Quality is better generally if you go for verified profiles. The hotel room plus the girl ends up roughly the same cost wise.

I talked to my friend again who just got back from Bahrain. He actually said that Crystal Palace does have girls, not sure how many or if his info is correct as he did not stay in the hotel. But I also just checked the rates from Agoda for Crystal Palace and they are VERY LOW, which makes me suspicious as well. My advice to you is not to book any hotel in advance, rather go there and check and then take a room. Yes it may be a bit risky in the sense that the hotels may be full during the weekend, but it's up to you. As far as CIS go, no need to stay in a hotel for that. From what I can see, the FuckFlats are still thriving and most of them have CIS so why not just try one of those.
