Wonder what is the scene at F1 these days, have not been there in a while. How is the quality & does the place qualify for an early hunt? (pre 0900 PM)

F-1 before 9pm is dead (as are just about every other club in town except Diggers). The talent is average. Lots of Chinese and only a few Thai. The Thai talent pool has gone downhill. There are still a few hotties but you won't find any young ones anymore. Band is decent but nothing out of the ordinary. Still too loud, even when the DJ plays. Mix of customers. During the week the Chinese girls cannot leave until after 12:30am or else they are not allowed back the next day. Not sure about the Thai girls.

I used to go to Windsor Tower because they had a good Phil Band and many of the non-WG Filipinas would be in the place, if you could keep from looking like a monger and stay away from the Thai and other hooks that would come in you might have a chance with the non-WG Filipinas. One of my regulars I met here, she would call me to pick her up and service her about every two weeks, I miss that. Maybe the makeup of the place has changed. The bar is called the Enigma, western style. They do have Arab style bars too and I'm sure they have the live in house girls as well.

Was a good place on Friday nights as it is ladies night, they drink free and the local filipina came in force.

Was a good place before. Great to take your girl to for the evening as well.

I have a question about Winsor Tower. Do they have bars / nightclubs that you can pick up girl and take them back to you place or is it hotel like FP where you get a room, ring around and they come to you?

Either way I wouldn't mind a heads up on where the girls are from and how much they charge.

I can attest to the fact that the bar scheme is very much alive and kicking. Personally I think the girls have been much more liberal with prices. I took a Thai gal out of F-1 on Monday. Gave her 60BD for all night. I also took out a sweet Chinese gal from Diggers on Wednesday night. Again 60BD for all night. The only time I've seen a drop in girls is when the anti and pro government knuckleheads do their parading around in their cars – blocking easy access to different parts of town.

The Wood, WT is very much green, you can take girls from the bar (unless it changed very recently, which I doubt). They will not allow you to take girls from outside though.

On general Bahrain scene, as Marad put it, it is not the end of it all, at least not yet. Many places are operating normally, however one could see a major drought of customers. It is a matter of time, the girls focus on greener pastures unless the cstuation improve, which I hope will soon.

Even the places that cleaned up as part of pre F1 clean up have the girls back.

I'm quite certain it is GF since it is part of Ramee Hotel group. You may not be able to take girls in from outside like at most Bahrain hotels, but I don't think you'll have any problem taking them to your room from the bar, provided they are hotel residents of course. I've never stayed at this hotel but I'm sure it has many WG's. Of course the current situation may be different due to the current Bahrain unrest.

Well, things are not as bad as media makes out to be.

Over the last 10 days, paid a visit two furnished appt with ladies and both were open to business, one was on last Thrursday and had a good experience with a petit, young, responsive Thai lady. She told me she was so busy over the past two prior days that I was her 10th customer! The enquries revealed that yes the cusotmers have come down but prices are still the same. The other place I went also had the similar story. Both these places are on Exhibition road, an area that is little far away from the protest area.

Let us not write off Bahrain as yet. Pussies will still be available but may be it would be a bit expensive and we have to be extra careful. By the way, two of my favourite PRC ladies were off the work due to troubles and have not yet started the work.

Problems in Bahrain exaggerated by the media (so far)

Well it is ok as far as the exaggeration is concerned but Bahrain is no more what it was.

Sadly it is not what it was 2 years ago and sadly what is going to be next.

This for sure that it won't be again a capital where you enjoy and blossom your sex life.

It will be a heaven for those who drink and enjoy and fetch for drink.

But those are not many because they will consider their voyage too expensive for a drink without sex.

Drink is available all around and maybe at a high price, but still available everywhere, abut a jolie fille is not.

Bahrain was heaven for them but I don't see it anymore.

It won't be politically and won't be socially.

I must admit that I haven't relished the idea of going too close to a potential hotspot recently. This may change if my 'other half' goes back to UK for two weeks.

Who knows. Hell, you may get some bargains if the pickings so far as clients are thinner on the ground.

One of the Filipina waitresses texted me over the weekend and told me that after the police ran the protesters out of the Pearl Roundabout things were a bit dicey so they let the staff off for a couple days. Once the police and Army left the Roundabout Digger's was back in business. I drove by the Pearl Roundabout yesterday after doing some shopping at the City Centre Mall. It looked like a Woodstock festival. There was graffiti everywhere including all over the monument. Stupid people. If they love their country so much why deface it? By the way – the media coverage has been so one-sided I want to just scream. As an expat living here the biggest problem we're encountering is the huge traffic jams caused by these rallies and marches.
