On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a proper five-star hotel and 1 being an abandoned and condemned building. Prices and girls aside. Quality of Hoora Brothotels is something like this:

10: haha. Right.

9: still a fantasy.

8: Best Western formerly Baisan Suites.

7: Mirador. Ramee California (not in Hoora and not really as much of a brothel but just for comparison's sake)

6: Phoenicia Hotel (new wing). Phoenicia Tower. Delmon.

5: Phoenicia Hotel (old wing). Tylos.

4: Phoenicia Plaza. East West Hotel.

3: AlArabiya. Family Plaza formerly Kingdom Plaza.

Arabiya and FP might be a 4. Phoenicia Plaza might be a 3. But roughly this is accurate. It's about middle of the pack IMO in terms of the low-end Hoora brothotels.

I agree with your ratings to a large extent, Just a little correction though. Kingdom Palace is actually the current name of formerly Family Plaza and formerly Baisan Suites is now Best Western Olaya Suites.

I actually thought that the room condition at Al Arabiya was quite better than other brothotel in Hoora area. Some of the apartments in that area are really shit-holes, but Al Arabiya is probably better in terms of cleanliness, at least IMO.

Bellboy writes down the room numbers, then you start calling around and they come for the interview.

These places are full of Chinese, Thai, and Filipina prostitutes, most of them old and ugly and charging prices that are too high anyway so I wouldn't bother with those places whether I was looking for Arab girls or not.

If you want Arab prostitutes just check in to the many brothotels around Hoora and Exhibition Road. There are lots of reports if you look back through the pages here. Places like the Phoenicia Hotel / Tower / Plaza, Family Plaza, Baisan Tower / Suites, Best Western, Al Arabiya Plaza, etc etc etc etc often have Arabs on hand. Sometimes they only have East Asian and / or Russian / Central Asian girls, and you are unlikely to find any real Arabs (I. E. Saudis or Bahrainis) but often they have some from Morocco, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Lebanon, Libya and so on. I saw a Kuwaiti once. Turkish girls are also common. I know- not technically Arab, but some people can't tell the difference. Older reports mentioned Iranian girls- I've never found any of those myself but would like to.

Anyway there are plenty of them around just have to look.

Yes 100% green both ways:

From the front desk it is green (with some simple questions and a phone call to your room to be sure) and,

If you come thru the parking area the lift is directly connected and no question asked and no body even will see you.

Simply you access with your room electronic card.

For the bar, it is not a collection site.

It is a very comfortable bar, very nicely done, nice food and drinks, sometimes you find some girls passing by onlt.

But it is worth the visit with your hook.

Has anybody stayed in the K hotel lately? Are the green and do they have a night club for selection?

K hotel is quite good. We stay there all the time. They don't have a club, but they do have a bar where girls hang out. The k hotel is more of an upscale ambience, so you won't find cheap gold diggers there. However the hotel is walking distance from Ramee international that has a lot of clubs.
