I think I'm starting to get bored with Bahrain scene I need a long vacation somewhere far.

Started at busters loud and crowded as usual, a girl tried to talk to me but I couldn't hear a word she was saying I think I'm getting old for that place.

Relatively better than most of the hotels in Hoora Area, spacious rooms, when I checked in the bellboy pulled out a long list from his pocket, he told me there are around 50 girls, Russian, Armenian, Georgian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Turkish, etc. Since it was early, around 1.30 pm, most of the girls were sleep, only the Armenian and Turkish answered, would give the 6/7, 30 min 40 BD and 1 HR 70 BD. Didn't take any since I was there only for exploration and planning to meet my regulars from Phoenicia at Florida Hotel.

Note: be aware of the Bahraini (or Arabic) Pimps in Hoora area, never let them guide you to a hotel and never allow them in your car. Long story short, I got ripped off yesterday by one of them.

The prices are starting to go up before the holiday. The apartment I stayed last week now asking for 40 bd instead of 30 and I was told it will be 60 on the weekend and 120 on the holidays, that's insane. Most of the bars will probably start asking for a cover starting this weekend until the end of the holiday. You guys better prepare your wallets if you are planning on going out this holiday, luckily I will be working.

I've grown tired of the hotels bullshit they really try so hard to fuck you over in anyway they can. Last time I booked a room for 2 guests at Ramee international I checked in alone in the afternoon and came back with my girl at 4 am usually they ask for a passport copy but this time they asked me to also pay 10 bd for a "joiner fee" I had to call booking customer service eventually they let us in but the receptionist said "she's a lady not hotel guest" I was about to kick the curry out of him but I was drunk and tired so I let it go.

Now I stay in an apartment called Q-house near the american ally behind Starbucks. For 30 bd I got 2 bed room apartment, everything here is perfect and the best part is they don't even ask for girls ID's you can just walk in.

Don't worry, this will NEVER happen. It they did implement this, the causeway will be a ghost town and their economy will go down the drain. Especially in these circumstances with the oil slump and with their main benefactor Saudi Arabia feeling the crunch itself.

This rumor has been around since Dinosaurs, it actually started when the government band alcohols and nightclubs in 3-stars hotels as Bahrain took place in the Top 10 Sine Cities in 2009. This rumor became a trend last week in twitter here in Saudi Arabia.

I have been there last week and everything still working as usual. Checked Al Murooj Hotel in Juffair, it is 35 BD form the room and if you are expecting a "guest" it will be 40 BD, they have about 10 Russians and 7 Moroccans but nothing really caught my eye, so I brought my regular to the hotel.
