You are right about the emblem on the flag. This was the Iranian flag during the reign of Pahlavi Dynasty. This flag is often used by the Iranians who left the country after the monarchy of Shah was toppled in 1979. But I am actually glad that the Iranian disco in Pattaya Walking Street didn't use the current official flag of Iran. This would have been blasphemous and sacrilegious since the current Iranian flag now has a particular religious emblem, and using this symbol on the flag would have been very offending to many at that place. It's always a civilized gesture to be respectful and be sensitive to all the religions.

In fact, only the second word (middle word) is the real Persian word. The first and the last words are just transliteration from English to Persian script.

Mongering isn't easy in this part of the world but it's possible. The safest way is if you have locals to guide you. They do not entertain tourist / foreigners directly as they do not want to attract unwanted attention. It's even better if your local has bachelor pads, this solves all the problem. My visit was to a place where they had a beauty parlor as the front store in the basement of the building. The girls said they were still in law colleges but seemed more in their mid 30's. Well who cares as long as I got the opportunity to monger in Iran I shouldn't be complaining.

They have different rates for foreigners and locals:

$$- $70-100.

Boobs: 6/10 (I am not a fan of silicon boobs).

Face: 7/10.

Attitude: 8/10.

Hoping to visit and try more places.

Note: don't have the location but the only tip here is to go with a local you trust.

Shia religion allows for this contractual marriages. Not sure if non-Muslims can do this too as I would be interested in this. Went to Iran a long time ago. It is a lot more easy going than people in the west are made to believe in the West. At least one person in the family is a drug addict! Total boredom due to lack of jobs which will soon change. I will go again regardless of what the rule is.
